Welcome to our charming studio apartment with new king sized bed and new queen sized sleeper sofa w/memory foam mattress to accommodate a max of 4, (best for young family or couple, it's a little tight for 4 adults). Enjoy watching movies on the smart TV including Netflix and DVD. Free WIFI is available throughout the community. Easy walk to historic downtown for dining/shopping/entertainment. Grocery store a couple of blocks away.

Parking fee is waived through July!

Please note-- parking is $30/night, which, to be fair to the majority of our guests that do not bring a car, is billed separately. This fee MUST be paid prior to arrival or I cannot guarantee parking. PLEASE choose this option when booking.

Lift Ticket info:
You won’t find this option advertised online, but if you’re willing to wait until noon or 2 p.m. to hit the slopes there are ‘day-of’ discounts to be had. This is the perfect alternative for those who want to sleep in, have a leisurely brunch and get in lift line when many skiers who got out early are thinking about lunch on the mountain. Pricing is available over the phone or at the window. Breckenridge’s ticket office number is (970) 423-7097.
Buy tickets online, in advance:
Online prices are 25 to 48 percent lower than when purchased at the ticket window. The biggest discounts apply to purchases made seven days in advance, but discounts apply even on day-of purchases, as long as tickets are bought online.
Military discount:
Our Summit County ski resorts honor the service of our valued military personnel. That means both active duty and retired military receive great discounts at Breckenridge. Tickets are $113/adult, $73/child (12 and under). Immediate family with dependent ID may also receive the discount. Tickets must be purchased at the ticket window and you will be asked to show your military ID. Keystone also offers these steep discounts; inquire with their ticket office for pricing: call (970) 423-7118.
Other overnight parking options are the Ice Rink lot, a few blocks away, or the satellite lot on Airport Road, about 2 miles out of town on the bus route. Please contact the city for pricing. The shuttle from the airport is highly recommended as you really don't need a car, while in Breck. Peak One Shuttle service and the Colorado Mountain shuttle are two providers of transportation to the mountain.

Located at the base of Peak 9, beside the Quicksilver lift, this is the ultimate downtown location for convenience. Ski School, medical facility, daycare, are located on site, multiple free ride shuttle routes, restaurants, bars, nightlife, just outside the building and we are less than a block to Main Street.
Resort includes Indoor/Outdoor heated pool, 4 hot tubs, exercise room, sauna, steam room, locker room.

Unfortunately as per community rules, there is no smoking permitted inside of the condo or anywhere on the premises, nor are renters permitted to bring pets. We are occasionally able to accommodate an early check in or a late check-out for an additional fee of $80.
Shampoo, soap, lotion, paper products and linens are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and tons of cookware, crock pot, toaster, blender, glassware.
