You are coming here for the views right? This completely renovated condo has the most amazing views from the 3rd floor and is as luxurious as a hotel.

Everything has just been installed (new cabinets, new floors, new countertops, etc). We have installed high end furnishings, not "rental" grade furniture.

Literally Gulf front, you are right on the beach. You have access to a fabulous lagoon pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and kids playground. There is also an on site bar/grill that is gulf front. High Pointe is gated and has elevators to all floors.

Walk to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach shopping and dining, or head across the street to Peddlers Pavilion for evening music and to grab a pizza outdoors. You could literally park your car and not have the need to get back in it during your entire stay.

THERE IS A VERY FIRM NO SMOKING POLICY inside the condo and NO SMOKING on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed in the resort at all.
