HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT *** Very Important: PARKING*** Please you must not park your car on the grass. This is illegal in Florida. The City of West Palm Beach will impose fines of $1,000 per day for violation. Should this happens, you the guest will be responsible for this fine for non-compliance. Ensure you park your car on the driveway with both wheels on the concrete. Additional cars can park on the street next to the house. Please never block our neighbors driveway. * Load and Start the dishwasher with all your used dishes before leaving the house. * Leave dirty linens/used towels/comforters on top of each respective beds. Do not throw them on the floor. * Face cloths and Towels are not for make up removers and/or rugs. * For your own Health and Safety please do not wear your outside shoes inside the house. Bring your own indoor slip-ons for indoor use. * Ensure all lights are off before leaving the house. * No repairs allowed. Inform us of problems arising. * Keep furniture indoors. If using chairs outside, please clean and bring them back inside after use. * Ensure both Front and Back doors are locked before leaving and close the doors gently. * No Loud noise and music. Respect thy neighbors and limit visiting time no later than 11pm. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. * Only Registered Guest(s) are allowed. * Notify us of additional guest(s). * Must not exceed occupancy as stated. Follow CDC Guidelines on social distancing. * Do not leave left-over food in the fridge. * There are several wastebaskets around the house, the toilet is not one of them. Please do not flush tampons in the toilet. * No food and sugary drinks in the bedrooms. * Please keep external doors closed while the Air Condition is on. * Take your garbage out in the garbage bin provided outside the house and ensure the gate is closed all the time. * Please close all doors gently when opening and closing. * Settees are for sitting comfort, not for jumping and sitting on the arms of the chair * Please do not remove protective covers from the settee/love seat sofa and protective covers for pillows and mattress. * Clean the BBQ Grill after use and ensure the gas tank is turned off. Use the outside faucet to wash your sandy shoes. * Never put sandy towels and sandy clothes in the washing machine and dryer. * Do not use the house address as your mailing address. You can use the nearby Mailing Services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx Drop Box to receive mails. Large garbage bin is located outside at the right side of the house behind the fence. Place all your garbage in the garbage bags before putting in the garbage bins and ensure it is properly covered. The code for the red lock is 5294 If you locked yourself by accident, use the key in the grey box next to the condenser unit outside the house. Every Tuesday - Garbage & BULK Garbage EVery Friday- Garbage & Recycling Long term occupants (staying more than 3 days) are responsible for keeping the house clean. Cleaning service is only provided after the guest has checked out. You may request cleaning service during your stay at extra cost of $195 per visit. No sub-leasing is allowed. **IMPORTANT:** Ring cameras are installed outside the house at the front and at the back. Please do not disable or disconnect them. All items in the house are accounted and checked after the guest check out. Any missing and damage items will be charged towards the deposit.
