Our fully equipped condo is a cozy, bright & sunny 2/2 end unit located on 3rd floor with 2 king beds and beautiful views of the pool & ocean.

We provide an extraordinary level of cleanliness, surfaces are sanitized for your arrival. For your peace of mind, all bedding - including bedspreads, mattress pads and pillow protectors - as well as towels are washed and sanitized between stays.

The kitchen is stocked with an array of gadgets, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, 4 slice toaster, instant pot, blender, hand mixer, espresso machine, electric popcorn popper, burr coffee grinder, Keurig, 12 c coffee maker, pour over, stovetop espresso maker & a French Press. We also offer a complimentary bag of coffee beans from Island Roasters Coffee Company, locally roasted right here in New Smyrna Beach!

Our condo is also stocked with starter amounts of laundry and dish detergent, shampoo, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, sponge, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and basic spices - should be plenty for your week's stay.

The unit has a hair dryer in each bathroom so you don't have to pack one. In the main bedroom closet are 4 beach chairs, 8' beach umbrella and a 10' x 10' e-z up canopy. We also have available 2 beach cruiser bikes and 4 yoga mats. There is a locked storage locker on the first floor between the elevator and the office. In the storage locker you will find helmets and a bike pump. Please return items back to the storage area before departing.Owners are local and available through messenger if you need anything.

We are just steps to the beautiful and quiet "No Drive and Turtle Friendly" portion of New Smyrna Beach.

On premises parking for 2 vehicles only. See Kim in the office for a parking pass. Office hours are 10:30 - 1:00. Closed Thursdays and Sundays. If you arrive when office is closed, check in at your first opportunity.

In exchange for no cleaning fee, we ask that you do your dishes and leave the place tidy.

The condo is located in the beautiful Seaward Condominium complex which is close to Cape Canaveral National Seashore & Turtlemound National Historic Site. Short drive to Flagler Avenue and Canal Street where you will find many choices for restaurants and shopping.

Closest airport is Daytona Beach, which is about a 1/2 hr away. You may wish to consider Allegiant Air which flies into Sanford and is about an hour away or Orlando International Airport, approximately 1 1/4 hr away.

The condo association has security cameras set up in various locations on the property. However, there are NO security cameras or recording devices in the unit.

No smoking or vaping allowed inside or on the balcony. Please step away from the building to smoke or vape.
