The security deposit is to cover anything beyond normal wear and tear of the home. This includes gross negligence on guests' part while renting the property such as damage to the home and it's contents. Any violation of house rules such as uninvited guests, third party renters, smoking /drugs on the property, and unauthorized parties/events; guests will forfeit the security deposit.

Security deposit is due to homeowner via check that will be returned at the end of their stay should there be no damage.

Please note that your booking is agreed upon by the strict cancellation policy. The booking completed on these dates, it is well known that there is a pandemic and that you reviewed and accepted the cancelation policy as stated. We have the home professionally cleaned and practice social distancing. Please let me know if you have any questions to make your stay more comfortable.

Also, be advised that I do not accept third party bookings (bookings made for others), nor allow events such as parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties on the property with unauthorized guests. If this is to occur, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Guests booking must be staying at the property at the time of booking.

Due to the current nature of things and poor choices of previous guests, please review all house rules prior to booking. As a guest, should you violate any of the house rules you agree to forfeit the security deposit and will not receive a refund for the remainder of your stay at the home
