Guests must sign host's Renter Agreement. Security hold to be paid within 48 hours of reservation. This is not a charge, it is a hold on your card that is released after checkout when property is inspected.
No loud noise between 10 pm-8 am.
Only guests entered at time of booking allowed on property.
Government ID required.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

If checkout time is missed we charge $200 per hour until property is vacated because this affects the cleaning teams ability to prepare the house for the next guests.
NO AC under 67 degrees, AC can freeze if set too low and stop working.
Violation of House Rules may result in loss of Security Deposit.
If the property allows a 28 day booking we require a cleaning in the middle of the stay in addition to checkout clean.
