Overview
Resort information:
The resort is conveniently located steps to the beach, it is close to the airport, dining, shopping, the many local attractions, and more.
It has a year-round heated outdoor pool, 3 oceanfront hot tubs, sauna, steam room, a game room, vending machines, shared coin operated laundry (we can also recommend an excellent, fast and inexpensive bundle service that is very close).
There is a fitness room, free high speed wi-fi, 24-hour security, ATM, a designated smoking area (our unit is SMOKE FREE, including the balcony! But there is a smoking area at the entrance in the garage. (Smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony will forfeit your deposit).
There is free covered garage parking (this unit gets 2 spots). When we ask for your Id, please send us your vehicle information, and we will be happy to have your passes ready for you.
There is a seasonal onsite Restaurant and bar that is open May 31 - September 5.
There is an indoor pool and there are 2 hot tubs (one ground floor and one on the 22nd floor), but they are being repaired.

We live out of State, so this is our home away from home.
We just completely remodeled it and finished it the end of November 2022. We designed it with every guest in mind. We want everyone to have the best experience possible, so we have added safety features and finishing touches that we hope you will enjoy, including soothing colors that are hopefully well suited for everyone.
We just hosted our first guests since the Remodel, and we received 10/10 for the condo and 10/10 as hosts, which thrilled us. We were verbally told "it was the prettiest place they had stayed; everything was perfect, and they will return! The unit faces Southeast, so it has incredible and unforgettable sunsets and you can still see the pink sky in the morning.
We have partnered with an experienced, professional on the ground service, A2Z Cleaning & Maintenance. They handle all of the cleaning (the sanitization/sealing) and provide towels and all linens. They are local and are available for contact 24/7.
You can rest assured you will not be greeted by a dirty room as they photograph and inventory before and after their cleanings. And by them providing this service, you will never be responsible for damages caused by another guest.
*** NOTE/Important tips:
This is a PRIVATELY owned unit. It is like living in an apartment, not a hotel.
There is no daily housekeeping unless you ask us to send A2Z, or you contact them directly, and you pay the cleaning fee.
They provide 2 sets of towels and linens for each bed (including the Queen pull out sofa).
We recommend bringing beach towels, or you can purchase them at one of the many shops that offer beach ⛱️ clothing and accessories at deeply discounted prices. We do have chairs and umbrellas for you to use.
We use an incredible wash and fold service that is inexpensive, very close by and very fast (they usually turn our laundry in a day). Their card is on the refrigerator.
Amazing Coupon books with are available in the lobby, and we will be sharing some of them on our Facebook page.
There is also an app you can download to see the same coupons for the attractions, dining, shopping and everything there is to do!

Checking in:
You WILL be asked to provide photo ID just as you would if you were checking in at the front desk, in accordance with local laws and ordinances.
Once we have those details, a code will be provided for keypad check in.
The front desk will NOT be able to help you during your stay.
We will also ask for your vehicle information so that we can have your parking passes ready for you when you arrive. Initially you will park in the 15-minute parking and then once you have your passes, you can park on any level.
We only own this 2 Bedroom 2 Bath unit at this resort, but we own other units nearby.
For larger groups:
We also own 1 oceanfront (829 faces East) and 1 ocean view (1023 which is so close to the front you can see the gate to the beach and hot tub that you can see from the oceanfront unit. It faces Northeast) studio at Landmark next door (each sleeps 4), and a large Oceanfront Family Suite (Sleeps 7) at Coral Beach (1132 faces East) if you come with a large group and need more accommodations.
We are happy to provide you with additional information, and we are happy to help you make reservations if desired.
The Condo 🌟
This completely (Nov 2022) remodeled, central air conditioned and heated (fireplace and central heat) quiet, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo is tucked in a corner back near garage floors rarely used with no neighbor on either L/R.
From the elevator on floor 5 turn R, then R again. When you enter, the foyer is equipped with hooks and space for hanging towels or other objects to the right.
To the left, is the full sized, fully equipped kitchen with new cookware, dishes, cutlery, ice maker & starter cleaning supplies.
The open concept view into the dining and living room with an ambience and functional fireplace allows you to watch the full swivel TV as you cook with the ocean as your backdrop.
To your right in the hall there is a shared full bath with a walk-in shower and safety rails.
There is a 2nd large, quiet bedroom with a Queen bed, dresser and full-sized mirrored closet with broom and dustpan for your use. The room has thermal blackout drapes, and it faces the neighboring sister hotel, Landmark, overlooking the garage floors rarely used.
A desk is provided, and this is a perfect location for remote work or study.
The living room has a Queen-sized sofa sleeper, ambience (color-changing) heat or no heat fireplace, a 40" full swivel TV, sliding door access to the balcony with incredible pool, beach and ocean views.
The dining room offers seating for 6, and it is near the fireplace and TV. Roku guest mode as well as cable and free wifi are provided.
The oceanfront bedroom offers swing door access to the balcony, large windows offering great views, a King bed, a 40" glide down (by remote) smart TV, thermal/room darkening drapes & a private full bath with a tub, shower and safety grab bars. A mirrored closet holds an iron, ironing board and extra bedding for the Queen-sized pullout sofa.
It is so quiet that you rarely have noise except the sound of the ocean.
The views are unforgettable from the living room, balcony and front bedroom.
The unit is close to the elevators and stairs.
A2Z, who is available 24/7 is listed on the refrigerator.
There are power stations next to both beds and the sofa, so you will never have to search for a place to power up your devices.

There are 2 outdoor pools, 1 is heated year-round. The heated pool has a handicapped lift available. There are 3 oceanfront hot tubs.
There is an indoor pool and there are 2 indoor hot tubs, however, they are currently being repaired.
There is a sauna and a steam room. The steam room is also being repaired. There is vending, coin operated laundry on every 3rd floor and a game room. A restaurant and bar is open seasonally.

Child friendly
The resort is suitable for children, however our unit does not offer children's amenities or equipment and is not child-proofed. We have some books, and a few toys for them, and some of the outlets are covered, and additional covers are in the kitchen drawer. We have had young guests that were fine in the unit.
No events allowed
Events and parties are absolutely NOT allowed. Hosting a party in the unit will cause eviction by the property, and no refund will be issued.
No smoking allowed
There is a designated smoking area at the entrance in the garage.

This unit will receive 2 parking passes for parking in the covered garage. We will gather your vehicle information and have these ready for you.

Once ID has been provided for all guests over 18, guests will receive a code that will give them access to the room. Please provide your vehicle information (this unit is allowed to have 2 parking passes), so that we can provide it to security and have your passes ready for you.
