TRANSPORTATION: We are conveniently located only a few blocks from the subway station (Spring Garden - BSL) and bus station ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) & BSO), which takes you up and down the entire Center City. Uber and Lyft are highly recommend to use around Center City. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm and check-out is anytime before 11am. Sometimes an early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated if there isn't another reservation immediately before or after your stay. Please mention your request when making your reservation and we will confirm 24 hours before your arrival if it is possible. PARKING We offer FREE garage parking for our guests for 1 vehicle! The covered garage is secure and accessbile 24 hours a day. This is a very rare perk offered and we are very happy to provide this to you to ensure an amazing experience with us! If you have a second vehicle, there is also free street parking available nearby but please be mindful of the time restrictions. There is also paid parking available nearby (10 min walk away). We recommend using the SPOTHERO app to find the most appropriate option. ATTRACTIONS: 10-min walk to the Convention Center, 13-min walk to The Met, 15-min walk to Chinatown, Reading Terminal Market, and City Hall 3-min walk to Spring Garden subway station (Broad Street Line) 3-minute ride to City Hall

Refundable Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of USD $330 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment through Venmo or CashApp. You shall be reimbursed 24 hours after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

NO PARTYING, NO SMOKING Please know that this is our apartment and there are families living next to us. The house rules are STRICTLY ENFORCED where smoking, parties/events , criminal activity and loud music are prohibited. We have a strict security deposit of $330 and if you do break any of our rules, we will, unfortunately, be forced to keep the full amount.
