Welcome to this charming & updated 100-year-old North Chatt Bungalow! Walk out the front door & down Tremont Street, in minutes you’re on Frazier Avenue, a vibrant area boasting a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, & attractions. Nearby, enjoy Coolidge Park, and Renaissance Park, or walk the iconic Walnut Street Bridge that spans the Tennessee River to the Tennessee Aquarium, The Hunter Museum, & High Pointe Climbing Gym.

Inside the bungalow, you'll find a comfortable and well-appointed home. The two bedrooms each feature king-sized beds, ensuring a restful sleep. The full bathroom offers a shower-bath combo for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Relax in the cozy living room, complete with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Stay connected with fast 1 Gig wifi internet throughout the property.

This house is literally minutes from everything North Chattanooga has to offer. It's just far enough off Frazier to be quiet but close enough to be on Frazier in a few minutes.

The driveway is NARROW AND STEP. You are welcome to park at the top or in the middle, but please do not park at the base as the entrance is shared with our neighbor. During the colder rainy months, please be aware the driveway can freeze just like any road, so park accordingly.

I like giving my guests their space to enjoy their time but I am available via the app messaging if anything comes up!

The Northshore is an amazing community with a love for food, outdoors,& all things local!

Please keep in mind the neighborhood is full of new and old, fun and eclectic, and neighbors keep their yards as they see fit.

We require that the guest completing the booking have completed "Identity Verification" through the platform before being able to book.

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not allow pets.

This area is growing fast and there is construction at other properties around the house so there may be some construction noise from time to time during your stay. We've never had any complaints, just something to be aware of.

Please keep in mind the neighborhood is full of new and old, fun and eclectic, and neighbors keep their yards as they see fit (even if we wouldn't keep ours that way).

The driveway is to the right of the house. The driveway is STEEP and NARROW, you don't have to pull all the way up the driveway if you don't want too, but just enough up past the entrance due to it being shared with the neighbor! Alternatively, there is free parking available on the street. Either way, remember to set your parking brake firmly. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - during the rainy and cold months the driveway is steep and can freeze over just like any road, so please chose parking accordingly.
