City Noise Ordinance - 10pm to 8am (No Amplified Music)

Guests "Not on the Guest List" are prohibited after 10pm.

Payment Policy

Refunds will be less Credit Card Processing Fees.

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel within 48 hrs of booking to receive a full refund, less credit card processing fees. If the reservation is cancelled 45 or more days before check in, the refund will be 50% of the reservation amount (minus processing fees) with a refund of taxes and cleaning fees. We recommend guests buy Travel Insurance when booking a reservation.

Notes

Each entrance has a Ring doorbell, a Ring doorbell is also located in the trash area. Each of these devices actively records audio & video, 24/7 for security purposes. At booking, we require photo ID from the individual renting the property, rental agreement acknowledgment and list of add'l guests.
