This cabin boasts 4 bedrooms, providing guests with a luxuriously comfortable king-sized beds, each topped with a super comfy mattress. Additionally, the 5th bedroom has 2 bunk beds with 4 twin mattresses. They are so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! Surrounded by the majestic Smoky Mountains, this beautiful cabin offers plenty of space for 12 guests to relax, enjoy each other’s company and make wonderful memories. The spacious rooms each include an ensuite full bathroom and your own private views of the mountains right out the window. In the mornings, step through the back doors to enjoy alone time and a warm cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up.

As guests, your group will have this entire fun cabin all to yourselves. This includes comfy bedrooms, cozy living spaces, fun activities, games, hot tub, pool and amazing views of the Great Smoky Mountains!
There’s plenty of free parking at the cabin to accommodate up to 7 vehicles max. We can also accommodate small ATV trailers.

We provide WIFI Access throughout the cabin. While access is reliable nearly all of the time, this cabin is in the mountains and the infrastructure is not the same as most people have in cities.

This property is hosted by Chris and Melissa and available by phone, text or on the airbnb platform as needed.

The Lodge at Coopers Hawk is located in Sevierville and not far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The neighborhood winds up the side of a mountain with this cabin near the top looking far out into the mountains. The cabin is in a gated area and the roads are well paved.

ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The cabin features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ Minimum age to book is 25
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding cabins.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No pets, fireworks or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub and pool.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the cabin.

FIREPLACES: These are turned off during the warmer months (May 1 - October 30).

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that dont allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We cant be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we cant bend on.

NOTICE: All guests at the cabin agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the cabin. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the cabin, its amenities, or the surrounding area.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forested, we cannot guarantee you wont see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
