As the owners of this beautiful 7-bedroom, 6-bath villa, we invite you to stay in The Enchanted Retreat! Our spacious (approx. 4,000 sq. ft.) Non-Smoking villa is fully air conditioned with a living room, dining room, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an over-sized 45 ft. pool. PRIVATE SPLASH PAD!! In addition, there is a NEWLY INSTALLED THEATER ROOM!! Wireless Internet access as well. No pets allowed. LESS THAN 4 MILES TO DISNEY!!!

The main floor of our beautiful home has three king masters, en suite. The fourth bedroom has a castle bunk bed (QUEEN on bottom, twin on top), with a bathroom right outside it's door.

Upstairs is another king master, en suite. The sixth bedroom has two twin car beds. The seventh has two full beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that is situated between them in the hall.

The new theater room is a great place to relax after a long day at the parks!

Payment Policy

A 20% deposit is required to hold the dates.
The balance is due two months before arrival date.
$1000 Refundable Security Deposit is collected a week before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of more than 120 days (four months) before the rental arrival date will result in a full refund less any related credit card fees incurred by the owner.

Cancellation of 60 - 120 days prior to the rental arrival date will result in a loss of the 20% deposit money. If a subsequent booking is received for the cancelled booking period, a full refund less any related credit card fees incurred by the owner will be given.

Cancellation within sixty days of arrival date will receive no refund unless a subsequent booking is received. The refund will not include any related credit card fees incurred by the owner.

It is strongly recommended and encouraged to acquire Travel Insurance to protect your investment in the event of an unexpected need to cancel due to an emergency or other reason.
