Spacious & Homely House + stunning location!

Space - the house sleeps 9 people set over 2 properties; the main house and a one bedroom annex. There is also a gym area with TV for folks to escape to or for a chill out
The Garden is large, spacious and well kept - it's glorious, I love it and I know you will.

As this was, and to a certain extent still is, our home you will definitely notice the difference from other 'holiday lets'. It is truly a 'home from home' and you will relax as soon as you walk through the door.

My mum! My mum (Lynne) looks after the house and you will feel this. You will no doubt speak with mum coming up to your arrival and she is available for babysitting at 13/hr!

We love well behaved dogs. Please check if you are thinking of bringing you canine companion.

The Crest is our family home we left behind when we moved here in 2014. My Mum (Lynne) looks after the house for me and because of all of this The Crest is first and foremost presented as a 'home from home' and a place we return to several times a year. We absolutely love it and I'm sure you will too.

If you have to cancel your confirmed booking or fail to pay full amount by the Due Date, we will :
30 days or less retain 50% of the rental amount
7 days or less retain 75% of the rental amount

House Rules

RENTAL RULES

1. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 9 persons.
2. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. If smoking outside visitors must clear up cigarette butts and smoke at least 6 FT from the house.
3. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
4. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
5. The Crest is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
7. Only use appliances for their intended uses
8. PETS are permitted only with prior approval. Please do not leave your dog in the house all day. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture. Guests must pick up after their dogs.

9. Parking: Please make good and safe use of the parking area in front of the house and annex. You may also use the area in front of the barn garage (if we need access to this garage during your stay we may ask you to briefly move your vehicle)

10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included at the house, we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
11. Rubbish: Any rubbish must be stowed in the proper bin or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house.
12. Log Burner: Please do not throw any rubbish in the log burner
13. Water and Septic: The Crest is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to £300
14. BBQ : It must be cleaned after use as our housekeeper is not responsible. We have provided this for our guests use free of charge so be respectful of this request at all times.
