The Creekside Cabin Retreat #2 “The Lodge” - Poplarville

The creek access path can be slippery and a little steep. Especially after rain, please use caution when walking to the creek. The hot tub will NOT be heated during the hottest months May-August. We can have it prepared for you, for a flat rate of $75, if arranged ahead of time. Occasionally, the creek rises from seasonal or isolated weather. During those times, the sandbars may be underwater and the kayaks will be unavailable to use for safety reasons. This is a rustic cabin in the woods. During your time on the grounds, you may come across some wildlife including beavers, deer, bunnies, small rodents, coyotes, SNAKES and BUGS! Please do not be startled as you will be in their natural habitat! Also, we do have surveillance on the property (outside only!) for both the guest and owners security and safety. The camera location is described in the house manual. Liability Waiver: You understand that fishing, swimming, hiking and kayaking is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with fishing, swimming, hiking and kayaking. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from fishing swimming, hiking and kayaking and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that fishing, swimming, hiking and kayaking may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person fishing, swimming, hiking or kayaking if a person has health risks, or if a person fishes, swims, hikes or kayaking while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from fishing, swimming, hiking or kayaking. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
