PLEASE READ THE RULES - THEY ARE CRITICAL TO YOUR PEACEFUL STAY - We are an off grid property with very limited power, please be mindful of this at all times. The cabin power provided is suitable for light loads only, such as Lights, cell phone charger, laptop/tablet. Electric heaters, air conditioners, dehumidifiers etc are not allowed as they will damage the inverter and battery bank. Failure to abide by these rule could cost you over $15000+ in damages. Absolutely no EV Charging. Our property is not equipped for that. You are free to bring a quiet generator and plug your Type 2 EV charger into that. All power use is closely monitored and charted with historical data. We receive alarms at all hours, please be mindful of that. If in doubt about anything you plan to plug into the cabin power/properties off grid, please explain in detail in a message to the host for approval. Excessive power use causing the generator to cycle will also cause for a fuel surcharge up to $100 per night (yes that’s actually what one days of fuel costs us) If repeat violations occur during your stay after a warning or if damage to our victron energy system from failure to abide by these rules, the host may ask you to vacate the property immediately or terminate the power feed to the cabin in order to keep from damaging the system. PLEASE DO NOT RIDE OR PLACE YOUR CHILD OR SELF ON THE HORSES!!! Many horses come to us that are no longer rideable and would need to be put down if injured. The Shared Laundry Facility and Property Supply Room are only available between the hours of 10am and 10pm. If you need after hours access there is an additional fee. It’s unfortunate we now need to state this - Please DO NOT take supplies. Please DO NOT take items from the fridge or freezer as they are not yours. Please note there is a camera in the shared space.
