Recently renovated 989 Sq Ft 3 bedroom cottage on Rays Bay. Located On Lake Ontario in Henderson, NY.

12 mins to Southwick Beach State Park, 6 beach chairs provided!

Direct access to water right off deck 5 steps down. Swimming conditions are not the very best because of rock bottom but floating and kayaking are ideal!

There isn’t any public transportation but Lyft and Uber are available with a 25 min wait time depending who is a around in this small town. If driving in, be on the lookout for wildlife such as deer.

Check in time 4pm. Checkout is 11am. The house has keypad locks and you will be provided your code for your stay 1 day prior to arrival. Early check in or late checkout need prior approval by host

Main person renting will need to submit a picture of their drivers license.

House Rules

House rules -

Please note the house is on septic and I have a water tank with water I have brought in (1,700 gallons) so please don’t run water while brushing teeth or doing dishes. You should have plenty of water for your stay.
No parties or events.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level while in the yard. Any disturbance triggering a police visit, will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without a refund.
Parking is provided in driveway for 2 vehicles and 1 vehicle and or boat can be parked in front of house on the side of the road. Very little traffic on the road so it is safe.
Please take trash and recycling out to garbage / recycling bins by shed before you leave.
( additional cleaning fees will be assessed if trash is left in house after checkout).
Pick up your dog’s poop and properly dispose in little garbage can in the shed.
Load any dishes into dishwasher and start before leaving.
Put all towels in laundry bin in laundry room before leaving.
Please do NOT strip beds or put extra blankets and pillows back in plastic bags.
No smoking of any kind in the house. Extra cleaning fee of $300 to remove odors, stains, or cigarette butts will be applied.
Be sure all doors and window are closed before leaving. Sometimes sliding door is tricky to lock so you can just leave it.

I want to say that the cottage is right on the lake and there are lake flies at times and spiders that will be inside and out. The cottage is regularly sprayed and I have zero control over this.
