Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full baths (one a walk in shower) steps from the swimming pools, health club and meeting rooms. Only a four block walk to the Kierland Commons and 6 blocks to Scottsdale Quarter with over 100 shops and restaurants. Condo is fully equipped. Gas BBQ''s abut the swimming pool complex, plenty of lounge chairs. Heated pool and 8 person Heated Spa to relax in ..and of course Scottsdale with hundreds of restaurants and shops. So come on down!

Refundable Damage Deposit

We refund within two weeks after departure.

If we rebook you get all your funds returned.

Notes

We have a lease which we can email you on booking. Just basic rules and regulations i.e. no blasting of TV or Stereo after 10PM, take out the trash and all that good stuff.

House Rules

No drinking red wine in carpeted areas. No loud TV after 10Pm. No large over 40 pound dogs.
