Overview

The Captain Morse House is a two-story historic home has a wrap-around porch on each floor lined with rocking chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the small-town community. One block from the waterfront and the Cumberland ferry.

St. Marys, Georgia, is a small-town like no other. People are friendly and helpful, the scenery is gorgeous, and the seafood is always fresh!

Four full bedrooms. One downstairs bedroom, with a king-sized bed.
Three upstairs bedrooms, one with two full beds, one with two twin beds, and one king.
In addition, there is a single sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area.

Can accommodate up to 11 guests in total. Eight adults and 3 children. Primary renter must be 25 or older, and be present for the entire stay.

Pets welcome. Fenced back yard.
Parking is in front of the home.
Non-smoking.
No events allowed.

House Rules

Rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking and must be returned within 24 hours for reservation to be considered valid. Photo ID and guest list are required. Primary guest must be age 25 or older, and reside for the entirety of stay. Limit of 8 adults and 3 children total guests. No parties/gatherings. No smoking. Pets are welcome with a signed pet agreement and $25 fee. (Must be house-broken, on flea medication and current on all shots.) $200 refundable security deposit. Lodging tax of 6% will be charged. Cancellation policy: 30 days (100% refund); 14 days (50% refund) The exterior of the property is monitored via security cameras.

Refunded within days of visit, after confirmation from housekeeping staff.
