The parking space is tight and only allows for 2 cars, but there is additional parking at the bottom of the driveway.

Getting around

The mountain roads can be steep/ narrow, especially during inclement weather. 4 wheel drive or a high clearance vehicle is recommended for the driveway. We are the first driveway on the left.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You will access the cabin with a coded door lock. Check-in is after 4 pm the day your booking starts and check-out is at 10 am the day your booking ends.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Our age requirement is 21 and the person staying in the property must be the same as the person whose name is on the booking.

Maximum occupancy

House Rules

Some simple rules:
-No more than 8 guests
-No smoking
-No pets
-No parties
-Please do not use metal utensils on pots and pans.
-If you use the grill, you will need charcoal. It is located on the left side of the house off the deck. Please be sure all coals are put out before leaving the grill unattended and do not throw coals into the dirt on the side of the house. Metal grill tools should be under the sink.
-Please remember to turn off the lights and lock all doors when you leave.
-There are all kinds of wildlife around the cabin. It's important that you keep your car locked and the doors to the cabin closed. We don't want you to have an unexpected wildlife encounter or any excessive bug bites.
-Please don't leave food in your car or on the porch. If you need to throw your trash out during your stay please place it in the metal cage trash bin off the front porch to the right in the parking area.

Payment Policy

Payment and fees are due at time of booking. Deposits are due the day before the start of a guest's stay.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Provided there is no damage to the cabin, deposits will be refunded within 72 hours of the end of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
