Renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. We do not allow any receptions, functions, parties, and anything in that order.

This Historic Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home.
The Histor Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance.
Welcome, and enjoy our Historic Bywater neighborhood.
We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk (if you're fit, 15 -20 minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter.

The Brennah Rose Place has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa and 2 chairs. The Kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when your in New Orleans and you have all this good food). Stairway room has a daybed with a trundle. Bedroom #2 has a new queen mattress and hardwood floors.
Master bedroom is upstairs and has a new king size mattress and TV. Bathroom # 1 consists of a combination tub/shower. Bathroom #2 consist of a large shower. Just about everything NEW. The Brennah Rose Place has all you need with a driveway and off street parking.

Entrance to the beautiful riverfront Crescent Park is just 3 blocks away. Want to sip some wine & listen to music, Bacchanal is just a few blocks away. Want to sample some praline bacon, The famous Elizabeth's only blocks away. Want to go for a swim, the Country Club has a climate controlled pool & is accessible to anyone for a small fee. Want to sample New Orleans best Pizza, Pizza Delicious is only blocks away. We can’t forget The JOINT for some of the best BBQ. Faubourg Wines, our favorite wine store is in the neighborhood & has free wine tastings every Wednesday. Belong to Anytime Fitness, there is one located just around the corner.

We own and manage The Brennah Rose Place and three other rentals. We are from the outskirts of New Orleans known as St. Bernard Parish, only minutes away from the French Quarters. Our families were fishermen and farmers. We grew up on the bayou where we learned to live off the land. We also had a Seafood Business where we sold and shipped shrim​p, crabs, oysters, and fish, mostly to New Orleans and Baltimore. Upon arrival, I will program your door code in. I will send all info prior to your stay. A lease agreement will need to be signed and returned upon booking.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
The primary person (25 or older) signing the lease agreement will be responsiable for all guest including under the age of 25.
Payment Policy
We accept Paypal, quick pay, and checks. We are in the process of adding credit card service thru Stripe.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Damage deposits will be refunded 10 days after your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 days prior to your stay is 50%.
Cancellation 15 days prior to your stay is 75%.
All else is non refundable​.
Notes
RENTAL RULES
$200.00 damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage and no excessive messiness. This would include issues such as excessive amounts of trash, dishes in the house. Please don’t use the bedspreads, quilts or pillow shams they are for decorations only. I have blankets there if needed. A charge will be taken out of your deposit if the bedspreads, quilts, or pillow shams are used.

1. Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the
property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6-8 people. An additional charge of $50.00-$100.00 (depends on the time of year) per person, per night for guests in addition to 6 will be charged to your credit card.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Parking on the road is permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. Before check out please load dishwasher and turn on. Put all towels and face towels in laundry basket.
11. Upon check out put thermostat on 75.
12. Water and Sewer: The property is on a sewer system. The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $200.00.
13. This is a Historical residential neighborhood, so WE CANT ALLOW LOUD PARTIES, sorry. We are strict about 10pm noise rule.
14. This is not a reception hall, we do not allow any type of functions at our home.
House Rules

Please don't use bedspreads, quilts, or pillow shams to sleep with. I have blankets there if needed. A charge will be taken out of the deposit if they are used. Treat it like your home (not a rockstar hotel room, we do have neighbors) (I wish it was a rockstar hotel LOL) and you will get 100% deposit back.

**** Ladies, please don't flush any female products down the toilet. We live in a Historic House, with all historic plumbing.

This is a Historic residential neighborhood, so WE CANT ALLOW LOUD PARTIES, sorry. We are strict about the t 10pm noise rule.

We put a lot of hard work and pride in Our home. We are
sorry about the rules but some people thought they could come in and destroy the place.

*****Recommendation-- Uber (taxi), (www.uber.com) or if you have a smart phone download the app. We used Uber last weekend when we were staying there and it was the best thing ever.

There's brochures on the table if you would like to rent bicycles or view different tours.
