Renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. We do not allow any receptions, functions, parties, and any thing in that order.

This Historical Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home.
The Historical Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance.

We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk (if you're fit, 15 -20 minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter. If the walk is too much just call a taxi.

The Brennah Rose Place has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa and 2 chairs. Kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when your in New Orleans and you have all this good food). Stairway room has a daybed with a trundle. Bedroom #2 has a new queen mattress and hardwood floors.
Master bedroom is upstairs and has a new king size mattress and TV. Bathroom consists of toilet and combination tub/shower. Just about everything NEW. The Brennah Rose Place has all you need with a driveway and off street parking always close to the house.

Want to sip some wine & listen to music, Bacchanal is just a few blocks away. Want to sample some praline bacon, The famous Elizabeth's is only blocks away. Want to go for a swim, the Country Club has a climate controlled pool & is accessible to anyone for a small fee. Want to sample New Orleans best Pizza, Pizza Delicious is only blocks away. We can’t forget The JOINT for some of the best BBQ. Faubourg Wines, our favorite wine store is in the neighborhood & has free wine tastings every Wednesday. Belong to Anytime Fitness, there is one located just around the corner.

VACATION PROPERTY RENTAL AGREEMENT Owner/Manager: Tony and Cathy Goutierrez Please read this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement thoroughly. Any monies received by LA Bayou Homes, LLC/Tony and Cathy Goutierrez for occupancy of vacation property indicated the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to be familiar with all policies within this agreement. This rental agreement is entered into by and between the renters, hereinafter referred to as Guest and LA Bayou Homes, LLC/Tony and Cathy Goutierrez herein after referred to as “Host”. (EMAIL HIDDEN)This is a binding agreement between the Owner and “Responsible Party”. Reservations are not guaranteed without acceptance of this agreement. A copy of Guest driver’s license is made a part of this rental lease agreement. Fines will be enforced and/or monies withheld from deposit for non-compliance. • The Responsible Party (person reserving and paying for the rental) must be at least 25 YEARS OLD and must occupy the property for the duration of the rental period. The Responsible Party takes full responsibility for safeguarding the property and for the actions of all members of the party that includes engaging in any unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance or violates owner/host rules. NO PARTIES of any kind. If found that it was used for a party, reception hall, shower, etc., of any kind will result in an immediate eviction and forfeiture of rental payment and an additional charge of $8,000.00 will be charged to the Guest account. The guest signing the rental agreement assumes All responsibilities for the action and behavior of All guests and agrees to follow the rules of the property posted herein. • The rental agreement specifies the number of adults and children allowed to stay as guest in the rental. If a number greater than the agreed upon number or ages occurs, you will be asked to leave with no refund. • Visitors: Any visitors to the rental property who are not listed as part of the Rental Party (Visitors) are only permitted on the property when Guest is present. If you bring in extra guests or visitors without prior approval and payment, Guest(s) will be asked to vacate the property. Any security deposit and all rent will be subject to forfeiture. • Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved by the owner/Host • Smoking is prohibited inside the Home. This includes electronic devices. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of and not left on the grounds. • Pets are NOT allowed ANYWHERE on the premises unless authorized by the Host and/or Owner. • Subletting or renting to others is prohibited. • BBQ GRILLS: If you use the grill provided, please turn off the tank after each use. • Water and Sewer: The property is on a sewer system. The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $200.00. • ELECTRICITY USE: Keep exterior doors closed at all times to reduce humidity levels and excessive energy consumption. When you check out please put AC to 77 or Heat to 70 degrees. Please double check that doors are locked when leaving. • NOISE DISTURBANCES: This is a Historical residential neighborhood, so WE CANT ALLOW LOUD PARTIES, sorry. We are strict about 10pm noise rule. • REPAIRS AND DAMAGES: Report any repairs, maintenance issues or significant hazards immediately to the owners, Cathy or Tony at ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). Advance notice will allow us time to arrange repairs between guests without causing inconvenience to anyone. • INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS: Guest (s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owners and Host for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost of expenses whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the rental property including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft to the property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guest(s) are expressly assuming the risk from their use of the premises or other whom they invite to use the premise. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. ALL CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES INCURRED BY THE OWNER WILL BE NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANY EVENT. NO REFUNDS if cancellation notice is within 1 week of arrival date. 50% refund (of rental amount – excludes cleaning) if cancellation notice is less than 14 days of your arrival date. 100% refund if cancellation notice is more than 30 days before arrival date. Damage & Insurance is highly recommended that guest purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance go to (URL HIDDEN) for details and to purchase. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION (S) for security reasons, this agreement does not include the physical address of the property. This information will be furnished via the booking confirmation and invoice after receipt of the reservation, signed rental agreement and a copy of your ID. Confirmation of the reservation will be emailed, faxed, or mailed to Guest. Access Entry Code will be given the day of arrival. This is to ensure no one walks in on other guest. Please understand that Guest is checking out and the new Guest is checking in on the same day. HURRICANE/INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY NO REFUNDS UNLESS The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area and/or a "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: (1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered. (2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay; to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. We own and manage The Brennah Rose Place and three other rentals. We are from the out skirts of New Orleans known as St. Bernard Parish, only minutes away from the French Quarters. Our families were fishermen and farmers. We grew up on the bayou where we learned to live off the land. We also had a Seafood Business where we sold and shipped shrimp, crabs, oysters, and fish, mostly to New Orleans and Baltimore. Our families and us all share the love for our beautiful city "New Orleans".
