THE BLUEBIRD OBA is a beautiful and spacious 1958 sqft. 3 bedroom/4 bathroom beach front condo that easily accommodates 10 guests, located on the 27th floor of Phoenix West II in Orange Beach, Alabama. Enjoy a gorgeous panoramic Gulf view through the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, or lounge on the large balcony to fully embrace the sea breeze. The unit has been recently renovated with new floors, paint, and furniture to create a light and airy beach feel throughout. Ideal for dual families or larger single families, as well as large groups! 3 very spacious bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) - 2 with King bed, 1 with two Queen beds and two twin bunk beds that can easily sleep 6. Each room is equipped with a large high definition TV so everyone can watch the big game or their favorite show.

Cleaning:
• Unit fully sanitized after each visit
• All sheets and blankets are replaced each visit with newly cleaned and sanitized sheets and blankets
• All surfaces are deep cleaned

THEBLUEBIRDOBA.... is able to offer early check in for DIRECT BOOKINGS is 3 pm only, for all other bookings check in will begin at 4 pm.

Garage parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles (per HOA rules). Parking passes are $45 each. Parking passes will be purchased at the HOA desk upon your stay and NOT included in your quote.

A $250 security deposit is required to be paid 2 days prior to the reservation. It will be a $250 hold on the credit card and will be released 5 days after departure if there is no damage or excess cleaning needed.

A signed rental agreement and a photo id must be uploaded within 72 hours to secure the booking.

Beginning fall 2023, the HOA tentatively has planned the building of a 3rd pool and eating area. There may be construction noise between Sept 2023-May 2024 but our condo is high enough and on the opposite side so should have minimal impact. We don’t anticipate any long term closures of other pools during this time.

Longer (almost monthly) stays are allowed from mid October-mid March with a max of 28 days. Please message me if you have any questions.
