Owner

Owner's Skip and Andrea King are longtime US Virgin Island Residents. They are yacht brokers, and own a sailing charter company in the VI (). Andrea is a MA native and the King's puchased this 2nd home, to be near family and friends. "We adore this property, having done a full restoration of the home between 2011 and 2015. It was a labor of love, and we so enjoy sharing the home with people who appreciate the beauty of historic, restored properties." We look forward to welcoming you to Sweetheart Cottage.

SHC is located between Boston and Providence RI, Fly into either Logan (BOS) or Greene (PVD) airport and it's just a short 1 hr drive (sans traffic hours) from either to the cottage. Car rental strongly encouraged.

Should you need to CX within 45 days or less pripor to your rental, we will allow you to come at another time to use your rental credit, schedule permitting. We can refund all fees less a $250 CX fee, if we can obtain a substitute booking.
