Ideal for singles, travelling nurses and small families in need of a short term furnished rental. Rates include all utilities, cable, wifi and trash pick up.

The owner will consider a small pet with a fee and deposit. Smoking only outside.

House Rules

Quiet time is 9 pm. City of Portland requires names/address/vehicle information of all guests. Only listed guests may use the property. There is outside surveillance. Property is deemed acceptable 30 minutes after checkin. No smoking or vaping inside.

Payment Policy

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit is refunded within 7 days of departure assuming no damage or claims. I highly recommend travel insurance

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel 60 days prior to your reservation start to receive any refund. After 60 days I will refund if there is another reservation. Cleaning fees and security deposit is always refunded. when cancelling. I highly recommend trip interruption insurance.
