PLEASE NOTE: For some reason the location pin on the map looks inaccurate. Look up corner of Cleveland Street and South Dowling Street, Surry Hills for the best idea of location.

Stay right on the border of Sydney’s two most sought after suburbs, Surry Hills and Redfern and live like a local in an 1890’s workers terrace.

The location doesn’t get much better. Famous for its trendy eateries, cool bars and designer stores, giving it an atmosphere like no other. You can spend a day exploring the area’s many attractions, or take a short bus, train or light rail trip to Sydney’s most popular CBD attractions. It is a must for every Sydney visit.

Once you pass through the two heavy glass sliding doors that protect the home from the hustle and bustle, enter into a comfortable space with character where you will feel immediately at home. Being one of the larger holiday homes available, larger groups and families of up to 6 will be comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen plus a sun room and outdoor courtyard for outdoor entertaining.

House Rules

- Street parking is available.
- Strictly no guests other than registered guests.
- No parties.
- No smoking.
- Bugs are a part of life in Sydney. The terrace is treated seasonally to prevent crawling bugs but this doesn’t stop flying insects.
- The convenience of living so close to the city and in a very popular urban area plus on a main street is that there is street noise. Too soften this considerably, the main bedroom and the front living area have double doors to soften the city noise. The home also has a lovely pub just nearby.
- Please check the terraces location on the supplied map so you know the location is suitable for you.
- The terrace is over a century old and has lived many lives. The front of the terrace is very unique (some may say unattractive) and the interiors are very rustic. There will be paint irregularities and some chipped tiles. But these just add to the character of the terrace.
- Government ID required to be emailed once booking is confirmed

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit of $500 will be fully refunded after checkout. Funds must clear prior to stay to be given access to the home.
