Sunnyside Surf Shack(#3). It is Sleek, New, Modern, and Very Cool. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. You can see the Emerald Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from the living room. We stocked the unit with everything you could need, from the blender for your frozen cocktails to the beach chairs and cooler you don't need to pack in your mini van. We own the house next door(#2) too if you want to travel with your friends. We can't wait to have you stay with us.This house is a 2 story townhouse that has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area downstairs. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.
The living room has a 50' flat screen tv and plenty of seat for everyone.
The 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed, L-shaped closet and french doors that open to a nice balcony with gulf views perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a nice breeze and sunsets in the evening!!
The second bedroom has two queen beds.

At the back, the house has a storage room with 6 beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and some kids-beach-toys. There is also a grill perfect for your bbq's after a beach day.

You can also book the townhouse #2, FishingShak 1-block from the gulf- Pet friendly, next door for bigger groups who want to be close. Each townhouse sleeps 6 people.
