Cabin 3 Adorable cabin home with 1 bed, 1 sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with mini fridge & 2 burner induction stove top.

Extra blankets:
Sheets for the sofa bed are hidden in the couch’s pull up storage, there is a picture within the photos if you don’t see it when you arrive. Please be sure to use the sheets if someone is sleeping there. Looking forward to your stay and please if you have any questions, let us know.

Absolutely no cigarettes, vaping or any type of smoking is permitted on or in the property. If there is evidence of such found on or in the property, it will result in the starting base fine of $300 depending on what all needs to be done to remedy the situation. We want to protect the property and our homes from hurting or inconveniencing others.

Parking Included

There is one parking space to the right of the cabin, that is the only parking space designated for this rental. There is public street parking all around the property that isn't on the property grounds.

No pets

Due to others' allergies, we do not allow any pets, not even service animals or smoking on or in the property, we start at a $300 charge per offense depending on the circumstances, that charge is the base for not being considerate of the rules. We add extra cleaning fees, extra fees for replacing things and so forth.

Must have a valid drivers license, debit card and/ or credit card

Payment Policy

We charge 3% added onto your payment when processing a credit card payment.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$300 security deposit with credit card on file for excessive damages will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancelation policy due to time constraints in replacing your booking. Your payment will process within 45 days of your booking, if you book within 45 days of your stay, your booking is not refundable.
