Sunrise Vista - Panama City Beach

Sunrise Vista is a newly updated condo that has gulf views with a large balcony. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, along with hallway bunks and a sleeper sofa. It sleeps 8 max. The Master and Living Room overlooks the beautiful emerald coast and has its own door to the balcony.

The sugar white sandy beach is conveniently accessible by using the connecting air conditioned covered walkway over to Tower 1! The resort has TWO POOLS, HOT TUBS, KIDDIE POOL, a FULL SERVICE TIKI BAR, on-site fitness center, and retail shopping and coffee/ice cream shop all within the resort. The fishing Pier is also located within walking distance.

This is a NO SMOKING condo.

SMALL DOGS CONSIDERED (up to 2 dogs, Max weight is 25 pounds). Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations prior to the stay. There is a $100 pet fee, per dog, limit 2. Message the host to confirm breed and weight prior to booking as the resort does not allow certain breeds. Dogs are not allowed on the beach at the resort. There is a "dog beach" down the road where dogs are welcome to run and play on the beach!

The resort offers gated access with 24-hour security and covered parking. A $50 Resort fee will cover your parking pass for the entire stay and wrist bands! There is also free wifi, cable, and there are also Smart TV's. This condo is located on the 13th floor of Tower 2 and has a gorgeous view of the Emerald Coast!
