Sunnyslope Retreat awaits you!Sunnyslope Retreat is a private apartment on the garden level of our home in the quiet South Salem Sunnyslope neighborhood, and is perfect for 1 or 2 adults (no children please). The entrance is at the rear of the house, with access down the left-side driveway.

This renovated 685 sq. ft. apartment has a large living area with comfortable furniture, 42" flat screen TV, Streaming RokuTV (access Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.), ceiling fans and new blackout window shades on the large picture window (this side of the house gets morning sun). We love the new wood plank ceiling and know our guests will enjoy the cozy gas fireplace.

There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeepot, coffee bean grinder, electric kettle, blender, toaster and slow cooker (no oven or stovetop). We provide a complimentary bottle wine from the Pacific Northwest and for your convenience coffee, tea, cream and sugar, salt and pepper. Breakfast items include breakfast bars, yogurt, hot cereal packets and fresh fruit. You'll find dishes and other meal prep utensils. The bathroom sink doubles as a kitchen sink with dishwashing supplies and a dry rack. There is a dining table and chairs.

The spacious bedroom/office has a queen-size Sleep Number bed, ceiling fan, plus plenty of drawer and cabinet space and a closet. It is business-ready, with desk and counter space, bookshelves, office chair, and wifi. On the bookshelves you will find some reference books, novels to read and even take with you, table games (Scrabble, Dominos, Jenga, decks of cards and more...)

The bathroom has a shower with seat (no tub), toilet, vanity and a shelf unit where guests can store their toiletries. For your convenience, we provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Sunnyslope Retreat is fully licensed by the City of Salem, Oregon and compliant with local laws.
