In the neighborhood they can go for a walk because it has sidewalk and trees the provide shade. If you are going to visit the city you can use the UBER and LYFT services, it is efficient and fast, you can also use it for home delivery meals. #bedsandbath

- THERE ARE NO PARTIES!! $250 fine. - Guests can smoke only in open areas. DO not SMOKE INSIDE the PROPERTY!! $200 fine. -NO unregistered guest allowed without fee and host approval. - If pets damage anything guess will pay for it at the price the host specifies. - Additional $75 cleaning fee for excessively dirty home. - Do not park inside the garage. -Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. -Leave the BBQ grill clean - or you'll be charged a grill cleaning fee of $100. -PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH PAPER TOWELS, TAMPONS, WIPES OF ANY SORT (NOT EVEN “FLUSHABLE” ONES) , SANITARY NAPKINS, OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. -SWIMMING POOL For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use any glassware in or around the pool area. Guests are responsible for the security of their children and must be present at all times to supervise. -Please take out the garbage cans the following days. Garbage days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling days are on Tuesdays. I hope you enjoy your time!No parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

The Sea Scape Villa is located in a tropical climate and as a result, you may see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This could include (but may not be limited to) iguanas, birds, mosquitos, ants and palmetto bugs. Though we do our best to manage the controllable aspects of our property, there are certain elements that are common in our environment that are out of our control. We graciously ask that you embrace the occasional quirks of South Florida living while staying with us. - If you need a request for a special day, contact me. (Birthday, Anniversary) - We offer pick up from airport with affordable prices. - If you are from out of country we offer cell phone line for 30 days, questions please ask. - PET FRIENDLY (Deposit required)
