"Sunny Side Up OBX" is located at Mile Post 3.75 on the beach in Kitty Hawk. The front entry opens into a welcoming and cozy living area complete with a Roku enabled smart flat-screen TV with complimentary Netflix, a blue ray player, DVD library, games, and book library. Prepare delicious meals in the galley style well equipped kitchen. Enjoy meals at the dining table with a rolling surf view or choose to dine al fresco with the ocean breeze at the spacious table on the deck. Grab your favorite novel and relax on the comfy chaise while others step out to play on the beach. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV with Netflix streaming. Bed linens are provided and beds are made. There is a full hall bathroom with a spacious corner shower. Be sure to enjoy your coffee on the oceanfront deck while watching a beautiful sunrise or relax with cocktails after a lazy day on the beach.

This home does NOT offer a dish washer or washer and dryer on site.

We do not offer early in or late out to allow our cleaning crew ample time and to address any maintenance issues that may arise. Keyless entry code is valid from check in to check out and will be sent in advance of your stay.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

The minimum age of a renter is 25. We require a signed rental agreement and the leaseholder must be present for the stay. We also require ID.

There is NO smoking or vaping allowed in the house. There is a butt receptacle at the bottom of the front stairs.
Rental agreement e-signature and copy of identification required must match name on credit card used to make booking and returned in 72 hours.
Booking is not final until signed rental agreement and initial deposit is received.

Payment Policy

All payments processed through Square.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A security deposit of $500 is required. Security deposit is held for up to 30 days. Guests will be given an explanation and cost of any noted damages if any portion of the deposit is being retained.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 60 days before check-in you will get back 100% of the amount you've paid. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you'll get back 50% of the amount you've paid. If you cancel 30 days or less before check-in you will not get a refund. There are no refunds due to hurricanes/tropical storms. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance because plans can change. There are many travel insurance options available to you from third parties. It is up to you to purchase an insurance plan that best meets your travel plans.
