Sunny Chalet Hibou, sleeps 8 in comfort, centre - Morzine

Chalet Hibou is a spacious apartment sleeping 8 people, offering a high standard of comfort, and in a great position just 5 minutes from walk the SuperMorzine lift and the Bourg area of Morzine. In addition, the views from the lounge picture windows and balcony are amazing - you can see the whole panorama of the Pleney and Nyon mountains! The apartment is on two levels; the main and lower floor of a small apartment building, and there is a parking place right by the front door, so is also ideal for people with limited mobility.
On the main floor is the big kitchen, with all the equipment you could need for self-catering; a spacious warm lounge with fireplace and comfortable sofas; large dining table; three bedrooms (two twins, and one king) and two shower rooms each with WC. Downstairs from the entrance hall is a further large double bedroom (remodelled and with new super-king bed Dec 2022) with ensuite bathroom with bath, WC and separate shower, and the ski storage area and boot dryers. There is a large new deck area on the lower floor ideal for al fresco dining and BBQ in the summer.
The chalet has central heating and ample hot water.

This chalet is not really suitable if you are mountain bikers bringing your own bikes (The only place to store bikes is on the lower deck or main balcony and should be locked too, and bikes are not allowed to be stored in the boiler room).

Other things to note
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Winter ski season (Dec 15 - April 14 ): bedlinen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included.
The Rest of the year: (April 14- Dec 15): bedlinen and towels are included. End of stay cleaning is payable locally and costs €90.
For all peak winter season weeks there is a minimum 7-night stay, Saturday - Saturday.
