Deb's Beach Condos in Panama City Beach FL! Summerhouse 110B -- Updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath - Kitchen and bathroom have cherry cabinets and granite. Living room has a large leather sectional with power recliners. Tile and wood flooring throughout. Very clean and comfortable! Best thing - no waiting for elevators or having to search for carts. Unload your car at the curb! When you are ready to go swimming, step from the patio to the pool/beach area. And store all your chairs and sand toys on the patio - no need to bring them in the condo and create extra work for yourself! We leave a couple fold up chairs and beach toys there for you.
This complex does not allow guests to have pets. HOA Rule - no smoking in condos, balconies or pool area - only in outdoor designated smoking area. Wrist bands are required for security and access to and from the beach.
Large master bedroom with a king bed, luxury thread count sheets, a safe for valuables, and a sliding glass door to the patio. Imagine waking up and stepping out onto the patio to enjoy coffee with a gorgeous view. Bedroom has plenty of drawer and closet space. Guest bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom. It is furnished with a full size bed and tall bunks with stairs. Each room has a flat screen TV and extra outlets for "gadgets". Full size washer/dryer in the unit.
The kitchen has newer major appliances, plenty of small appliances, dishes, glasses, cookware; everything you need if you want to save money and have a couple meals at the condo. Summerhouse also has 4 gas BBQ grills near the tennis courts for guests.
We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, liquid hand soap at each sink, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. You will need personal bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and additional supplies for longer stays. Eight bath towels/wash cloths are provided. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There is no daily maid service.
Tennis and Shuffleboard equipment can be checked out at the front desk. Pool tables and arcade in the lobby are coin operated. Gas or Charcoal BBQ grills on site (stop at desk for key for gas - bring your own charcoal). Beach box by pool and on beach - items in them are for guests - when you leave put back unbroken beach toys for others to use!

Effective 01 March 2022, smoking is prohibited everywhere on the Summerhouse property at 6505 Thomas Drive, Panama City, FL 32408, except two designated covered areas on the east and west outer walls. Including, but not limited to, the individual units and associate balconies, walkway balconies leading to units, elevators, and all indoor and outdoor common areas.
When looking at rental rates, the $30 registration fee (payable to Summerhouse on arrival), cleaning fee, and 12 % sales tax are in addition to rates posted. Rates vary with dates - peak Summer is higher than Winter rates. If you are flexible, call me to discuss options for best rates. WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN BY ALL GUESTS OVER 6 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST BE VISIBLE WHILE ON THE PROPERTY. Security will stop and ask to see them if they are not visible. This is for everyone's safety and security.
The condo complex does not allow us to rent to single adults under 25. Parents must stay in the condo the entire stay. Max occupency is 6. If you exceed that number, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
HOUSE RULES:
HOA does NOT allow pets, smoking or vaping of any kind in the condo or balcony.
We do not rent to groups of single adults under 25 (all must be over 25); young families are welcome!
Respect the neighbors - quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am
Max occupency 6; No more than 4 adults. If you exceed that number you will be asked to leave without a refund. Parent must stay in the condo for the entire stay. Groups of single adults--- all must be over 25 and provide copies of driver's license.
$30 Registration fee payable on arrival includes 2 Parking Passes and wrist bands for guests.
Security Deposit $500 Hold / Authorization on credit card
Guest must sign owner's rental contract and email a copy of their driver's license within 24 hours of requested booking or it will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: $500 cancellation fee if 45 days (90 days for monthly rentals) or more before arrival; No refund if less than 45 / 90 days prior to arrival.
