Walk in with light coming in from the two triple windows, cathedral ceilings, & views of our gorgeous lagoon from every room! Sit on your private deck & watch nature all around you. We have 2 new pools (one heated), tennis, pickle ball, bike paths, grills & a private gate to the beach & Coligny Plaza-see my guidebook,(a 5 minute bike ride) THE BEST location in Shipyard Plantation, 10 minutes to Sea Pines & Shelter Cove Marina!

You can immediately relax when you walk in the door! Linens & towels are provided & a starter kit of kitchen supplies, soaps, toilet paper, laundry & dishwasher detergent & more. Go out to your deck and enjoy the spectacular sunset. The master bedroom has a king bed, television & large private bath. There's plenty of room in the second bedroom which has two twin beds, a sliding door to the deck and it's own full bathroom. This is absolutely the best location for the price because of our private beach access taking you to an uncrowded beach just 2 blocks away. You will not find Brigantine's atmosphere or close beach/Coligny access anywhere else. You will feel like you are away from everything, but you're not!! The pools are steps away, but from your deck, you will feel like no one else is around you with the views overlooking the water and palm trees in the distance, birds nesting, turtles & fish jumping. You will love it here!

At check in, you will be provided with keys to the private gate(walk or bike- exclusive to owners and guests!) to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Once you cross over the small bridge, head straight down the road to the beach or turn right to get to Coligny Plaza. This private bridge makes Brigantine the very best location in Shipyard! A picture of the resort layout shows the beach & Coligny Plaza access. You can bike anywhere from our location!! There is no smoking in the units, only outside. Park your car right in front of your condo. NOTE-Check in is NOT on sight, but only 5 minutes away from your condo!

The condo is right on the large lagoon which has an abundance of wildlife. You will never be bored sitting on your deck overlooking the lagoon bird watching, seeing the fish jump & the occasional alligator coasting by . There's a small bridge over the lagoon that has a keyed gate that you can walk or ride a bike to the beach, which is 2 blocks straight ahead of you or turn right and you are about six blocks from Coligny Plaza, where there is so much to do- restaurants, bars, shopping, Piggly Wiggly. The beach is one of the widest and most beautiful in SC! Getting around by car is also easy with 2 exits from Shipyard Plantation. Sea Pines & Harbor Town are about a 10 minute drive or a 45 minute bike ride on gorgeous bike paths or via the beach! Make sure & ride through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Biking is a beautiful way to see the island. There are 7 miles of trails in Shipyard Plantation alone & over 150 miles island wide. Shipyard has a 27 hole golf course & the clubhouse is less than 5 minutes away. Bike or drive (a couple of minutes by car) to play tennis at Van de Meer. Historic Savannah is a 45 minute drive or you can take a boat cruise from Harbor Town to spend the day there

You will have 2 parking passes provided in your check in packet along with a parking pass to the Shipyard Beach Club, which is about 1/2 a mile from Brigantine and right on the beach next to the Sonesta Resort. You can relax on the beach there or enjoy a drink and food at the Sonesta Bar. You are welcome to use either option to get to our beautiful beaches- either bike or walk 2 blocks to the beach through our private gate on the property or a short car ride to the Shipyard Beach. Your choice!

Weekday check in times may be flexible if you'd like to come in earlier than 3:30! :) You will have a starter kit of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper & kleenex. All linens & towels are provided, so you will walk right in & relax! I highly recommend renting bikes as you can get any where on the island using the miles of bike trails. Bike rentals are less than $25 per week. I will be happy to give you the bike rental contact info. The occupancy limit of 6 people is strictly enforced. I live in the Upstate of South Carolina and have owned a small business for 36 years in the pet care industry . I discovered Hilton Head Island (more importantly Brigantine Quarters!) when my children were babies. We rented here for several years & then purchased because the whole family enjoyed being away from the crowds, yet close to the beach & it's just plain beautiful! I own 3 condos at Brigantine Quarters which my family uses and we also love to share. It makes me happy to share this special place with other families.

After your reservation is confirmed, I will need your full name, mailing address, email address, & cell phone number which I will forward to the management company. The management company will then email you with check in procedures and directions to the office where you will pick up keys and passes. Our condo is located in Shipyard Plantation, so you will need a car pass for the guard gate. The check in office is not located on sight, but only about a 5-10 minute drive away.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
You may contact me for possible exceptions to this rule.

No parties or events. Unit occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced. Self check-in with lockbox if after hours. Please see check out procedures in your confirmation email from our management company once your reservation is confirmed.
