Straight Creek Retreat is our little mountain getaway located in the heart of Summit County. With your pick of 7 nearby world class ski resorts, hiking, biking, and Lake Dillon - it's the perfect location for mountain vacations! 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms will comfortably accommodate 6-7 people.

Our guests have access to the clubhouse, which has a pool, hot tub, and game room with a pool table, air hockey, and ping pong. Just outside the clubhouse is a playground, tennis courts, and basketball court.

Straight Creek Retreat is 6 miles from Keystone, 14 miles from Copper, 15 miles from Breckenridge, and 33 miles from Vail. If you prefer smaller ski resorts, A-Basin is 14 miles away, and Loveland is 13 miles.

Free parking for 2 vehicles. There is one designated parking space for our unit, and one additional vehicle may be parked in any non-designated parking lot space. Street parking is not allowed.
No Pets Allowed
As dog lovers, we understand that many people want to travel with their pets. Unfortunately, our HOA does not allow our guests to bring pets, and they enforce this rule. We have a dog who loves our mountain home as much as we do, and although we have our condo professionally cleaned between visits, guests with pet allergies should keep this in mind.

Getting around

Our neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and where many locals choose to live. The Straight Creek hiking trail is steps away from our front door. Our home is close to many world-class ski resorts, shopping, dining, movie theater, and many fun outdoor activities.

Straight Creek Retreat is 6 miles from Keystone, 14 miles from Copper, 15 miles from Breckenridge, and 33 miles from Vail. If you prefer smaller ski resorts, A-Basin is 14 miles away, and Loveland is 13 miles.

The free Summit Stage bus stop is a quick half mile walk from our home, and will take you just about anywhere in Summit County.

My husband Ken and I moved to Colorado 15 years ago from upstate New York and immediately fell in love with the Rocky Mountains! Who wouldn't? We feel so fortunate to be able to raise our kids in this amazing state, and to have a place in the mountains to call our own. Our family loves skiing, hiking, camping, Jeeping (well some of us do), and football. We can't live without a dog or coffee, and believe you can never have too much of either. We spend as much time as we can in the mountains, but when we're not there, we are excited to host and share our home!

Self check-in using a lock box. Lock box code will be provided before check-in time.

House Rules
Guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a copy of their government-issued photo ID directly to the host within 24 hours of confirmed reservation.

Maximum occupancy (including children and infants) is 7. We require the names of all guests who will be staying in the condo, and only guests who are registered with us may stay overnight. Groups with unregistered guests or more than 7 guests will have their reservations cancelled.

No smoking or vaping allowed.

The clubhouse pass and keys are yours to use while you're staying in our home, but please don't forget to leave them when you check out. There will be a $75 charge to replace misplaced/lost passes or keys.

Quiet hours are 10pm-6am.

Parking: The maximum number of vehicles allowed in the parking lot is 2. Street parking is not allowed at any time.

Cancellation Policy
Guest may cancel up to 30 days before Check-in Date for a full refund. If Guest cancels 5-30 days before Check-in Date, Guest will receive a 50% refund minus the first night. If Guest cancels within 5 days of Check-in Date, all rental fees are non-refundable. Cleaning fee is always refunded if Guest cancels prior to Check-in Date.
