Quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM - Tampering with any of our security devices on the property will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. - Smoking on the property will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher. - NO PETS ALLOWED - If a pet is found to have stayed with the guest against our no pet policy a charge of $50 per pet/night will be incurred as well as an extra cleaning fee that can range from $75-$300. - Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur a charge of $50 per night for each extra guest. - No illicit drug use or underage drinking - No eating in bedrooms! - Please acknowledge you know this home is across from the Chesapeake Bay and not the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
