COVID -19 Rent with confidence - A spotless flat has always be my primary goal and all reviews reflect our commitment. The cleaning team and I reviewed all necessary steps for you to have a safe stay. The cleaning people wear PPE (masks and gloves) during the cleaning. All surfaces (including linen) are cleaned with disinfectants and we always have at least 1/2 day between guests. Hand Sanitizer is available before entering the flat and we encourage its use when returning home. We don't allow - smoking or pets.

We are 1/2 block ( 3 min walking ) to Subway Metro Station - "Capitol South" Orange - Blue - Silver lines (you can take the Metro from Reagan National and from Dulles airports)

You don't need a car to walk around the city, and you may rent a bike for the day and bike around (2 DC Bike Share Stations within 1 block from the flat).
If you have a car: - Parking would be on-street parking but generally you 're always able to find a spot on our block more often than not right in front of the house. Upon request, we can provide you a visitor's parking pass that will allow you to park without fear of being ticketed/towed and you don't need to move your vehicle . Our neighborhood has quite restrictive parking restrictions unless you live here or have the aforementioned visitor's parking pass. There is a fee for procuring the permit and must be paid in cash upon check in.

We have one gym within walking distance BALANCE the GYM 1/2 block away.

Tortilla Coast, Bullfeathers, Talay Thai, Congressional Liquors, are within 3 minutes walk 2 blocks from coffee shops (including Starbucks), a small grocery store, banks, liquor store, and fine restaurants on Pennsylvania Avenue.

5 blocks (15 -20 min walk ) from Eastern Market and HOT Barracks Row restaurants.
At Eastern Market you can find fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, bakery Grocery Stores, Pharmacy, US Post Office, and of course many eatery places. There is also a Publish Swimming pool (modest daily fee)

If you are planning a family reunion - small gathering with friends you must tell us in advance - We may or may not agreed but having people coming over without our knowledge may jeopardize your stay with us.

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 3 PM.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 am - If you must leave your suitcases check with us at check- in time. We cannot accommodate late minute late check outs- suitcases storage.
The flat can comfortably accommodate 3 people as we don't believe in "packing in" guests.
