Maximum occupancy is 7 people of any age. Exceeding that number will result in a cancellation of the reservation with no refund.1

House Rules

The rules are simple! We are happy to host all reasonable, kind adults and their families. Please use our vacation home as though it was your own. One dog under 40 lbs is welcome. Guest will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Cats or multiple dogs are not allowed. This is a neighborhood with many full time residents. Please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Drive carefully. Only guests of Unit C-1 may use the neighborhood amenities. When checking out: Please take the trash to the dumpster at the front of the neighborhood. Please start the dishwasher. Leave the beds as-is, used towels on the floor please. Empty the fridge. Please rinse and put away all beach stuff in the storage room Have a great time! No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (next day)

Payment Policy

100% payment due at booking

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellation 30 days before stays of less than 30 days duration. Cancellations less than 30 days but more than 15 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before reservation are nonrefundable. For reservations of 30 days or more duration, 60 days' notice must be received for full refund. Reservations of 30 days or more duration cancelled 30-59 days before stay will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days' notice will be non refundable.
