As part of my own travel journey I realized if there was any way to help others find their way in their excursion experiences it would be amazing to provide a home that always felt as though they were ready to “StayAndPlay Today” safely and comfortably.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

I will send you the smart lock code just prior to your check in.

House Rules

Please remove shoes when inside the home.

If booking month-to-month by default you accept all townhome bylaws and come 30 days the guest will be required to review & sign off on the landlord tenant policies for Bend, Or as part of the extended booking.

If booking month-to-month the deposit will be 1 month total plus 1/2 the total stay for potential incidental coverage.

$225 deposit for non-refundable cleaning service.

If booking month-to-month the security deposit will be $1000 [no stays longer than 90 days].

Ring cameras are installed (one above garage, one in backyard, and ring doorbell). They are actively recording.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM (which we are firm on as other guests + COVID Cleaning services need to turnaround the home)

Refundable Damage Deposit

As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the $500 hold placed on your payment account14 days after your checkout. Your bank may take 3-12 business days to process the release of funds. If it turns out we can’t authorize the hold for the security deposit amount, you’ll be notified by email, phone, text messages and will have 4 hours to try another payment method. If that doesn’t work out, we’ll cancel your reservation and you’ll be refunded.

Try to make sure your payment method has enough money available to cover the security deposit. (If you’re not able to do that, StayAndPlay Today is not responsible for any associated fees, including overdraft fees.)

Cancellation Policy

While I do have a non-refundable cancellation policy I will credit you up to 1 year if life events occur preventing you from your original travel date(s) and the only condition is there is availability for your upcoming request.

Intent is to make this home feel as comfortable as possible during the brief stay. Any Hot Tub, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, or Inner Tubs are yours to use (at your own risk of fun and enjoyment). Reach out if you have any questions. We’re here to accommodate as best we can.
