Enter this unique, gated community to find soaring palm trees, vibrant, cheerful buildings, and a spa-like pool area. Located on the top, third floor (no elevators), this home offers you and your travel companions unparalleled views from the private balcony, with no noise from neighbors above!

After a day of traveling, you will look forward to relaxing in the open, spacious living room, which features plush leather furnishings, nautical décor, a Smart, flat-screen cable TV with a DVD player, and large sliding doors opening to the balcony, with views of both the ocean and the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the dining area and living room, offers granite counter tops, beautiful wooden cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances, you will be able to prepare all your favorite recipes while on vacation.

After a fun filled day, retreat to one of the 2 spacious bedrooms, which both offer Smart, flat-screen cable TVs, wood furnishings, and an abundance of natural light. The master bedroom provides guests with a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Regardless of which room you sleep, you are sure to enjoy a restful night.

Galveston Island, full of rich history, hosts many activities, including but not limited to a relaxing beach, the Strand, Moody Gardens, golf courses, fishing, Schlitterbahn, Rain Forest Pyramid, Lone Star Flight Museum, Pleasure Pier, ghost tours, historical mansion tours, and so much more! Make it a day trip, and visit NASA and Kemah Boardwalk, with a less than 40 minute drive.

Located across the street from the soft, white sand and a sprawling ocean, this property provides endless fun in the sun. And, if you prefer to stay sand free, set up next to one of the pools to relax or soak in the hot tub.

Although we now live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Galveston is still one of our favorite retreats. I, Robin, am a retired elementary school teacher of 30 years, and my husband, Stan, works at Bell Helicopter as an Industrial Engineer. We look forward to sharing our home with you, Stay Salty!

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A copy of a state issued identification matching credit card is required at booking.

House Rules
-Report any problems, damage or emergencies to Robin 682.551.6813 or Stan 682.279.0123 by text or call. Do NOT call the office.
-No wet hair, towels, or clothes on the sofa, chairs, or bedding. Do not hang towels, swim suits, etc. on the balcony railing.
-Rinse sand from beach chairs, cooler, wagon, boogie boards, body, etc. in the pool shower before entering the condo.
-No loud music or shouting on walkways, balconies, patios, pool or any common areas.
-No more than the reported & agreed upon persons (not to exceed 6 people) are allowed to stay, or you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent money and deposit.
-Vehicles must display a valid Dawn Condo Parking Permit or will be towed at owner's expense.
-No jumping on the beds as this breaks the box springs.
-Do not enter the attic or owner’s closets.

50% of total is due upon reservation. The total must be paid in full at least seven days before reservation date begins.

BECAUSE CITY/STATE TAXES ARE NOT PAID FOR STAYS 30 DAYS OR MORE IN TEXAS, GUEST WILL BE REFUNDED TAX AMOUNT VIA ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD AFTER 30 DAYS.. GUEST WILL SEE REFUND AS A CREDIT APPROXIMATELY 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, DEPENDING ON BANK.

Your damage deposit will be collected when you book Stay Salty! Your damage deposit will be refunded in full, as soon as possible after check out and verification of no damages, beyond normal wear, and tear/missing items is made.
Cancellation Policy
$50 CANCELATION FEE

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus $50.00 cancelation fee. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, $50.00 minus cancellation fee. There is no refund if you cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in date.

Cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm in the property’s time zone on the chosen day.
