This is a 5 bedroom. 4 bathroom 2 living room villa with a games rooms. Own Pool with jacuzzi on a very large corner plot with view over a small lake, the villa benefits with air conditioning throughout with the bonus of ceiling fans. Sandy ridge is a very quiet Ungated development just off the 532 road just minutes from reunion and champions gate wher you will find Exit 58 of the i4 which will take you into the parks west or east toward Tampa and the coast, we have our own security patrolling plus CCTV throughout the estate and on the outside of the property. Just one block we have a children's play park plus and outdoor gym for those energetic guests.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

If I can accommodate a late check out I will but it is very difficult, currently there are No back to back bookings, leaving enough time for our cleaners to fully sanitise and clean the villa before your arrival. To ensure a late check out it's advisable to book an extra night. Once final parent is received normally 8 weeks for uk visitors and 10 weeks for foreign visitors then details of the electronic door lock will be supplied. Plus the management companies details in case of a problem.

Payment Policy

We can accept credit or debit cards via our management company via quickbooks but there is a 4% charged added for using them. We do accept personal or bank cheques and bank transfers

Refundable Damage Deposit

Once you have vacated and the management company have been in to check the villa then the security deposit will be refunded within 7 - 14 days

Cancellation Policy
