Overview

The Cottages of Camp Creek, nestled behind the towering sand dunes and dense coastal scrub are located in beautiful Seacrest Beach, FL. This small community of tin roofed cottages, with large porches is only 200 yards from the emerald waters and white, sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico (via private deeded access).

The large 86 foot community pool and hot tub are located just three houses down. Equipped with family in mind, this house provides games, puzzles, videos and books for all ages.

The one-level home provides easy access for people of all ages. Ample seating on the porch allows you to take in all of the sounds and smells of the ocean, while enjoying a meal or just a moment alone.

Seacrest Beach is a quiet, friendly beach community with miles of bicycle paths, high coastal dunes and calm lakes just off Highway 30-A. The narrow road meanders along the Gulf and presents one of the least developed and unspoiled coastlines on the Gulf. No water parks or amusement parks, no fast food restaurants or the typical fare seen on MTV Spring Break!

So come visit where the emerald waters meet sugary, white sand beaches and the warm salt air offers true vacation bliss. Escape the madness that is your everyday life and enjoy the coast.

I grew up in Kansas , but transferred to Panama City and loved the beach. When I moved back to Kansas for work, I missed the beach desperately. So 'Star Light, Star Bright, I wish upon the first star I see tonight'... and made my dream come true with this cottage. When the snow is falling in KS all I have to do is close my eyes and see the beautiful emerald waters and the sugar fine sand.

4. Persons making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be the occupant of the premise during the entire reserved dates. Proof of age will be required during Spring Break or as requested by the owner.
House Rules
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $750 is required. Damage deposit for owner defined Spring Break periods will be a minimum of $1000. This must be received in order to hold your dates (along with signed agreements). The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, the refund process will begin within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are to be removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Used bed and bath linens are to be collected and placed in front of the laundry machines. No excessive cleaning is required. d. All keys are left on the kitchen table or returned to the lockbox. Unreturned keys will be assessed a $25 fee per key. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by my complex. ement

Cancellation Policy
2. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. All cancellations will be deducted a 5% processing fee on all funds collected prior to the cancellation to recoup owner's expense.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty with the exception of the 5% processing fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
3. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per cottage is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed and MUST BE PREAPPROVED. Failure to do so may result in eviction with no refund.
6. INCLUSIVE FEES - Quotes include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
8. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
11. PARKING – Parking is limited to two spaces at the house. You are not permitted to use spaces allocated to other rental units. Towing will be enforced.
12. PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Owner is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. However, if notified and/or found within a reasonable time, we will upon request, ship them via ground delivery for a minimum $25 fee (unless shipping/handling is more).
13. FURNISHINGS are not to be rearranged or removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
