Majestic Beach Condo is a clean and comfortable 1bdrm and 1bthrm accommodation.
The bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable mattress where you can relax at the of the day or take short nap during a day. The bedroom has built-in closet with drawers, shelves and hangers. We also provide luggage rack to make unpacking easier for our guests.

The Living room offers beautiful queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress.

Majestic Beach Condo offers lovely personal ambiance and unique coffee corner where you can make coffee to your personal liking - Italian or Mr. Coffee Keurig coffee, drip Mr. Coffee with few different roasts, espresso (with Nespresso machine), or French coffee press. We provide starting set of various Nespresso and k-cup capsules. We even provide cappuccino, tea or cider k-cups if those drinks that you prefer to try on your beach vacation.

We have new AC system with UV lights that keeps Condo nice and cool while killing bacteria and germs.

The balcony has two chairs and a small table - perfect for enjoying coffee, tea or a glass of wine.
Free high-speed internet (good for streaming or working) available throughout the property.
We provide variety of the beach gear: beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, tent, floating noodles, floats, and kids sand toys.

The condo located on the 2nd floor of the popular Gulf Winds Condominium Resort - NO ELEVATOR.
Our beach has soft white sand and soft turquoise Gulf water. We often see manatees, dolphins and fish swimming not far from the beach on Intercoastal passway located 5 min short walk from the Condo. It's also very conveniently located within 5 min walk to many popular St. Pete Beach restaurants.

Sleeping Configuration

Bedroom

1 queen bed

Comfortable queen bed. Bedroom smart TV – includes TV channels (via Sling TV) and smart TV (guests can login using their streaming service subscriptions). Dimmable touch-control nightstand lights can be turned on/off by touching their base. There are 2 USB ports and 2 power outlets in built in each light. One night light with the soothing sound machine is provided for guests’ convenience. The operating manual is available in one of the nightstand drawers. Please note that all bedding including blankets are washed between all guests.

Living Room

Queen size sofa bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. Air mattress can also be made available as sleeping alternative if needed. Additional bedding for the living room sofa bed can be found in the bedroom closet. This includes 2 pillows, sheet set and a blanket. Living room smart TV: • 2 remotes: one for TV (sony) and one for Spectrum (cable). Remotes are stored in the remote box on the wall behind TV • Guests can use their streaming service to log in and stream movies (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, etc) • Basic TV cable programming is available A few books, board games, crayons and coloring books are provided for guests’ entertainment. Please replace them back after the use.

Strict NO SMOKING policy - not in the unit, the balcony or within the Gulf Winds premises. Guests are required to step outside Condo area to smoke.

Parking Included

Guests will be provided an electronic parking pass for one car valid for the duration of their stay. The guest will receive 2R-U electronic parking permit. Guest must provide the following vehicle information to Owner no later than 30 minutes prior to Guest’s arrival at the Property: make, model, license plate, and registration state. The owner then will register the Guest’s car in St. Pete Beach parking permit system for the duration of the guest’s stay at the property. Majestic Beach Condo is located in the prime St. Pete Beach location so parking rules are closely monitored by the city. Guest may only park in the following designated parking area: - Places marked for 2R-U permit parking: Ave 70, Ave 69, Ave 68, Ave 67 between Sunset Way and Beach Plaza. - Paid/meter parking on Sunset Way (parking spaces #4407), Beach Plaza (parking spaces #4412), and 67th Ave (parking spaces #4410). Guest does not need to pay for parking on those locations when parking the registered vehicle. Any illegally parked cars may be subject to towing and/or fines.

Getting around

Guests that are arriving by the car will receive one digital parking pass for the duration of their stay (from the check-in to the checkout time) after they provide details of their car (make, model, color, license plate). Digital permit is good for all permit and paid parking spaces around Gulf Winds and the beach. (Free once the car is registered for the electronic permit). It’s also possible to get away without needing a car since the place is just steps away from the beach and has many restaurants within a short walk. There are a few options that guests can book/use to get from the airport to the Condo including Lyft and airport special service. There are a few options with local transportation to get to other parts of the shore (all the way to the Clearwater beach or Tarpoon Springs) or to downtown St Petersburg (Freebee Shuttle, Free Beach Ride, Central Avenue Trolley, Suncoast Beach Trolley, Downtown Looper, Free Island Hopper, and Jolley Trolley).

The maximum number of persons allowed to stay on the Property is limited to four.

House Rules

* We ask that the main Guest of the booking provide a valid picture ID prior to the booking confirmation.
* I am providing the starter set of essential supplies (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, Nespresso capsules, k-cup pods, water bottles). Additional supplies can be purchased at the local convenience store, Sunshine Convenience Mart at 6880 Gulf Blvd (open daily 6am-midnight), or in Publix, 4655 Gulf Blvd (open daily 7am-9pm).
* No smoking. No pets. No parties.

Payment Policy

50% of the total payment = deposit to hold your dates.
Full balance is due no later than 10 days prior to arrival.

All taxes are collected and remitted according to FL statutes and regulations.
Total 13% Tax:
- 6% tourist development tax collected by the Tax Collector for Pinellas County
- 7% sales and use tax collected by the Florida Department of Revenue

Refundable Damage Deposit

The Security Deposit is refundable. If damage does occur in the home, beyond the normal wear and tear, the damage deposit will be withheld for payment of damaged or missing items. Refunds will be returned within 3 days of the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

For rentals 20 days or less:
More than 10 days before arrival date = full refund minus 3.9% credit card processing fees
5-10 days before arrival = 50% refund
Less than 5 days = no refund.

For rentals 21 days or more or holiday rentals:
More than 30 days before arrival date = full refund minus 3.9% credit card processing fees
10-30 days before arrival = 50% refund
Less than 10 days = no refund.

We offer a discount for a non-refundable booking option. If interested, inquire about non-refundable discount.

Notes

According to local regulations. Gulf Winds HOA conducts brief monthly checks of HVAC system, replaces the filter and tests smoke alarm. These usually take 3 min and are done toward the end of the month. We appreciate guests' understanding as it helps to ensure safety and convenience for all guests.
