Great family space with open floor plan. Relax on the private balcony with spectacular views of the Intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico! Watch the wildlife, frolicking dolphins, sunrise with your morning coffee or sunset with an evening beverage! This condo is perfect for couples, friends, and families, too. Master has a King bed, en-suite bath with shower, full-sized closet and overlooks the Intracoastal. The 2nd bedroom is oversized with 2 queen beds, dresser, closet, private bath and overlooks the water park. The living room has a 4th bed option with a queen size sofa bed with brand new mattress. This inviting and calming coastal condo creates a home-away-from-home for up to 8 family guests (6 adults maximum).
A 5 minute walk to the soft, white Indian Rocks Beach sand with everything you need. You’ll have fun, family beach days and spectacular sunsets!! We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys and a beach wagon to take it all in. It’s located in the outdoor storage closet. One free parking pass, so you can park inside the garage and free Wi-Fi. There are 3 thermostats in the unit. You can adjust each thermostat at different settings but they all have to be set on heat or cool to work. FOUR Water Park passes per day are included at no charge, a $100 daily value! (additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discounted daily rate). You will have access to all this resort has to offer. Two bars and fabulous restaurants and rental cabanas are on property so you never have to leave! However, there are many restaurants, beach stores, treats and beverage options just a short walk away. The beautiful Intracoastal waterway has public day docks for no charge, should you rent a boat or jet ski! Call the dock master at the Harbourside Marina for slip rental.

From East/Tampa: Take I-275 S to St. Petersburg, Take the FL-688 W/Ulmerton Rd. exit, EXIT 31, keep right at the fork, toward Martin Luther King Jr. **Merge onto FL-688 W to St. Pete Clearwater Int'l. Continue on FL-688 W/Ulmerton Rd. Pass by Jiffy Lube (on the right in 11.6 miles). Cross over the Walsingham Bridge, take the next left onto 2nd St. Before light. Keep straight through stop sign & take a left into the last parking garage entrance. Go straight to back-park closest to the end. There is one elevator, on left, that goes to the 7th floor.
-From South/The Keys:Take I-75N, Take I-275 to St. Petersburg, Merge onto FL-686 E/Roosevelt Blvd. N., (Exit 30). Then continue on FL-686 W/Roosevelt Blvd. Keep right, follow signs for FL-686 W/Airport/Roosevelt Blvd/Largo/Clearwater. Now Follow directions above from the **.

Hi, We are Garry and Holly, empty nesters who decided that Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) was going to be our forever home! This is a beautiful beach town, on a barrier island, on Florida’s beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It's like being in 'old Florida' but with 'new Florida' only minutes over the bridge! We have the most gorgeous sunsets, peaceful beaches, calm clear waters, a family-friendly atmosphere, pristine shoreline, and less crowds than the other nearby tourist-centered beaches.
We want to share our island and sugar sand beach with others, so we have these rental properties. This is a family business that we self-manage. We believe in "exchange in abundance" with our guests and our guests should feel like they’re at home while on vacation.
We chose Barefoot On The Shores II because it's a really comfortable, relaxing and coastal condo. This condo is now 1 of 2 that we have, they're located next to each other, so we can accommodate 2 groups at the same time from the same family or a friends get-together! Each unit holds up to 4 people very well. We love that families can come enjoy Indian Shores, the beach and island but also stay in a newly renovated condo that is equipped with everything for them.

Maximum occupancy

We are very strict on our number of guests-ONLY 6 adults including children 2 years old or older. If you exceed this guest limit without our knowledge there will be an additional fee of $100/per guest per night***

House Rules

-Check in-3:00pm or after. Check out-10:00am, No exceptions. Unit is self check in. You will need to have your check in codes/instructions with you upon arrival.
-The parking pass, pool/waterpark passes and keys MUST be left behind per the instructions provided. For lost keys/cards, passes, a $25 fee will be charged for each. Failure to check out on time (10AM) will result in a $50 late fee. The property is inspected and cleaned upon your departure.
-NO third party bookings. Person booking our home is a required guest for entire stay and must be 25 years old. All guests 18 years old & up must be added to the guest list, verified with AirBnB & names shown on reservation guest details. Authorized guests must be named on the reservation. Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the premises, unauthorized guest must vacate the premises immediately without any refund. No key will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.
-Smoking & vaping are strictly prohibited. You will be charged a $500 fine and you will incur an additional charge for carpet & furniture cleaning and deodorizing, if any evidence of smoking is found.
-No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, elevator or telephone service.
-Guests/tenants shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause guest/tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
-Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of maximum numbered allowed, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
-Quiet Hours: 11pm-8am
-No smoking/vaping of any substances. $200 fee.

Payment Policy

We accept Cashier's Checks**, Personal Checks**, or credit card payments through Stripe or PayPal at https://paypal.me/BeachtimeIRB. All payments must be received within five (5) business days of booking confirmation. If not, then the reservation will be cancelled and the dates opened up.
Note: Rental agreement requires a signature and a government issued photo ID, that is legible.
-Reserving greater than 60 days from check-in: 50% payment of the reservation is due at time the reservation is confirmed. Remainder of all monies are due on or before 60 days prior to check-in date.
-Reserving less than 60 days from check-in require 100% payment in full at time the reservation is confirmed.
-Please read cancellation policy.
-Security Damage Deposit is separate and is due either by PayPal-Link: https://paypal.me/BeachtimeIRB or by check** in the amount of $500 and is due within ten (10) days after reservation is confirmed or at time of reservation, if within the 60 day window. This deposit will be held until check-out. See Security Damage Deposit Rules.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Damage Deposit: Security damage deposit is separate from any payments. It is due within 10 days from booking the reservation. It is paid either through PayPal (link: https://paypal.me/BeachtimeIRB) or sent as a check. Refund of security damage deposit will be handled as follows:
Deposit is for security/damage to the unit. It is held and shall be refunded within 7 days of the check-out date provided no deductions are made due to:
i.Damage to the property or furnishings or any cost incurred by Owner due to Guest’s stay
ii.Exceeding maximum occupancy without authorization from owner
iii.Parking a recreational vehicle (RV) on the property
iv.Dirt, blood or other mess requiring extra cleaning
v.Violating any rules in the rental agreement
vi.Any damages exceeding the security deposit and/or are not covered by Guest’s insurance, will be paid by Guest. Any litigation will be handled in Pinellas County Florida, location of the property.

Cancellation Policy

You acknowledge that you have read and accept our cancellation policy as our calendar will be blocked once you make your reservation. As individual owners, we cannot afford to refund outside of our policy. We are strongly recommending our guests purchase trip insurance due to the fluid nature of the Covid situation as well as Florida’s quirky but wonderful weather. Most policies require you purchase within a certain timeframe of making your reservation. (CFAR type insurance is the most inclusive “cancel for any reason”)
You will are advised to purchase travel insurance and whether you accept or decline, you understand that our cancellation and refund policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Guest receives 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs between 31-59 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival. All Damage Deposits (separate from reservation deposit) will be refunded 100% at time of cancellation. If a credit card has been used then there will be an additional 3% not refunded to you. This is due to the payment processing fees charged at booking that are not refunded to us.
