SPI Saturn House is the perfect beach house for your family and friends!! This newly remodeled home has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! The Saturn House is a 3 bedroom 4 bath 2500 sq. ft. home with a newly installed private pool and separate hot tub. We just installed a heater on the pool so now the pool can be enjoyed year round at the perfect temperature. The house is located on Saturn just steps from the beach. This home will accommodate up to 13 people comfortably! The house is furnished with all new furniture and is tastefully decorated with beach décor. The house consists of 3 floors. The first floor entails the entry way to the house, a full bathroom, garage, and access to the backyard and pool. The second floor consist of the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and access to the front and back decks. On the third floor you will find another bedroom with attached bathroom, and the master bedroom with attached master bathroom.

The large open-area living/dining/kitchen area upstairs offers many large windows to give you a great view while you are cooking or relaxing! The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Everything you will need is provided in this kitchen including all dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, can opener, blender, knives, coffeemaker, pots, pans, and anything else you might need! The dining table will seat 8 with an additional 3 seats at the large island. The living room offers a large comfortable sectional sofa, ottoman, and 56" LED TV and DVD player. You will also find an oversized chair that folds out into a twin sleeper.

The first bedroom is also located on the second floor. In this room you will find two full size plush beds and a 42" LED TV. This room also has a walk in closet where you will find the dresser. The second floor bathroom is connected to this room.

The upstairs front deck is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee at the outdoor table. Make sure you check out the ocean view from the deck while you are relaxing! The back deck is the perfect place to relax in the afternoon or have an outdoor meal at the large table and chairs.

On the third floor you will find the large master suite which boasts a king size bed, large walk-in closet, an oversized sleeper chair that folds into a twin bed, a 46" LED TV and DVD player. The attached master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and new vanity.

The third bedroom features sleeping for five with a full bed, and full/twin bunk bed. This room also has a walk-in closet, and TV.

There is WiFi access, and DirecTV, every room is equipped with a TV and DVD player. If you would like to bring your game system it would easily hook up in any room.

In the garage you will find a ping pong table, washer boards, three bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach chairs for your use and enjoyment.

When you come back from a long day at the beach use the outdoor shower to get off all the sand before you jump in the new pool. The pool has a beach shelf with an umbrella holder that makes it the perfect place for toddlers and small children to splash and play. After spending time in the pool relax in the hot tub located on the back patio. You will also find a bbq grill, two tables, eight chairs and 4 lounge chairs to use while working on your tan!

There are two covered parking spaces and room to easily park a total of four vehicles. For the fishermen the driveway is large enough to park a boat trailer. Find us on social media at SPI Saturn House.
