There is room for 5 cars in the driveway and there is no road frontage for parking.

The main floor is accessible with the provided wheelchair ramp.
Getting around
Asheville is an active Lyft and Uber city. There is a public transit system (ART) but it does not come within walking distance of the house. Taxi cabs of course are always an option as well. There are many places that, once there, no car is needed. Downtown Asheville is a wonderful place for a night out with music, art, and gourmet food. Be sure to catch a show while you’re there and stop by the Chocolate Lounge for some exquisite artisan chocolate confections. Biltmore park has the largest movie theatre in Asheville, great restaurants and lots of familiar stores and unique boutiques. Don’t forget the sweet shop for some ice cream or fudge (I know where all the good chocolate is). West Asheville is has relaxed, bohemian vibe, a vibrant farmers’ market and wonderful mom’n’pop restaurants. You won’t find a chain store in West Asheville. The River Arts district has a myriad of artists’ studios. You’ll find glass-blowing, pottery, metalwork as well as great food (12 Bones Barbecue is there!). Drive East a bit on I-40 to Black Mountain’s wonderful small crafty downtown. There’s a Kilwin’s there for chocolate too.

I wish to swim at the vacation home’s pool facilities at during the length of stay at your vacation home. By swimming in the vacation home pool, I recognize and fully understand certain things, including:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, I (the renter) am responsible for the safe operation of the pool and am responsible for ALL PERSONS USING THE POOL during my stay, whether in my party or not.
• My use of the pool facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from the possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
• I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.
In exchange for the Owners’ allowing me to utilize the pool and area during my stay, I hereby agree to the conditions below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to my use of the pool and pool area;
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees pool or pool area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pool or pool area
4. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and that I will adhere to all the rules of the property;

Payment Policy
50% of the total is required to book the dates and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Please let me know as soon as possible if there is any damage during your stay. Most things are easily fixed. If there is damage to the property or furnishings or if there is extra cleaning required those things will come out of the deposit hold.
Cancellation Policy
Payments are fully refundable up to 90 days before check-in, and 50% refundable from 90 days to 60 days before check-in. After 60 days rental funds are non-refundable.
Notes
The driveway is somewhat steep but not terribly. 4-wheel-drive is NOT
required.
You will be required to sign a waiver for use or non-use of the swimming pool.
