-Please message me with information regarding your party **prior** to making a reservation -All guests, no matter the age, count in maximum occupancy -Maximum 9 guests staying at the house, with a maximum of 8 of those guests being adults (as one of the beds is a top bunk) -Guest is responsible for paying for any damages to the house or property caused by their party. -Non-registered guests not permitted on the property (for example, no non-registered guests in the pool, for meals, etc) unless previously approved. -Neighborhood quiet time 10 pm -Care must be taken with children with the stairs, deck, hot tub, pool, beach, sea, pier, etc. -Please provide names of all members of your party, and include ages for those under 18. -Passport information will be requested for submission to the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) to remain compliant with the BTB's accommodation licensing & tax requirements. -You get complimentary use of kayaks, the gym, pool, hot tub, fire pit and other personal property as a guest at Wilson Point, but you agree on your own behalf and your entire group and any guests to: i) release and indemnify and hold harmless Wilson Point, the owner, rental agent, rental program and all affiliated companies and individuals from any injuries, claims, damages or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, relating to Wilson Point.  ii) and you hereby understand, acknowledge and agree to be solely responsible for any damages or injuries sustained which may arise while at Wilson Point and assume all associated risks. iii) and you will be responsible to pay for any loss, however caused, including theft or property damage to any kayak, paddle, life vest or other personal property, while in your use. iv) and you understand, acknowledge and agree that the above agreements, covenants, acknowledgments, undertakings, promises, representations and warranties are made knowingly and voluntarily.
