Sparkling Lakefront Retreat - Hiawassee

Available select weekends. On Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee 2.4 miles from the Fairgrounds, this is best for couples who are going to a concert or event, or want to spend a special weekend at a lakefront home enjoying the gorgeous views! This is a private room, with a bathroom dedicated to you, but it's not ensuite so you'll take 3 steps from the bedroom to the bathroom via the hallway. Includes access to the living room and top deck w/amazing vistas. The 1st floor may have other guests in a separate suite.

The house sits on a point so the views of lake and mountains will leave you in awe because there's a 270-degree plus vista. Guests will share the common areas upstairs with the owners. You'll have limited access to the kitchen, plus full access to the living room and upstairs outdoor deck. Kitchen access includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, counter top oven, plus plates, cups and utensils. While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed. Downstairs is not included as we are likely to have guests in that suite, but you can still enjoy getting in the lake for swimming and watching the sunrise or sunset from the deck. We have floats, a paddleboard and kayaks.

Our home is in Nantahala Bay, which is just off the main highway, near Taco Bell and Zaxby's. Ingles is less than a half mile away.
