HOUSE RULES
This is a residential home intended for quiet living. For this reason, unregistered guests, unruly or illegal behavior, pedestrian or car traffic above that for registered guests, or parties and social gatherings are NOT allowed on the property.

Violation of house rules will be cause for cancellation

• The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons of any age. The exact number must be indicated at the time of reservation.

• Parking is limited to 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking must be approved.
• No parties, events or social gatherings.
• Check-in time is 12 pm CST (noon).
• No smoking of any type (including e-cigs) anywhere on the property.
• No illegal drugs or contraband (marijuana is illegal in Iowa).
• No pets of any kind.
• No candles or flames.
• No firearms.
• No one under the age of 18 without a parental chaperone.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Remove shoes at the entrance door.
• Exteriors are security monitored.
• No loud music/noise or disruptive activity outside.
• Children must know how to swim and bring a life jacket (adult life jackets provided).
• All persons must wear a life jacket when on or near the water.
• If you use the grill, it must be moved off the patio and away from the deck.
• Fireplaces are turned off from May-November; they are not operational during this time of the year.

DEPARTURE:
• Check-out time is 12 pm unless prior arrangements are made.
• Please notify Homeowners (text or messenger) when you leave.
• Please return the house to the original condition.
• Please place trash in trashcans on the patio and kitchen
• Please wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and put away.
• Please clean the appliances after use.
• Please return remotes at the TVs/stereo.
• Please do not leave lights, appliances, TV or stereos on.
• Make sure all entry doors are closed, locked, and the key returned to the lockbox.

Special circumstances regarding guests or use of home MUST be requested with host approval BEFORE making a reservation. Special circumstances will incur additional fees.

Guests are responsible for damages or missing items incurred by guests or their agents. There is a $50 fee for a missing key or any remote.
