Spacious House w/shared Pool and Palapa access

Perfect vacation house for the full family downtown close to everything; malls, grocery stores and more.
Access to the villa autonomously, receiving access codes and main entrance keys through security box.
Shared Pool access is available.

House with 3 rooms upstairs, (Master Bedroom has a private bathroom and dressing room), 2 bathrooms upstairs, one downstairs; living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, backyard, two space parking (one inside and one on the street).

Shared Pool access is open from 9am to 5pm and closed on Thursdays.

The Shared Pool access is not inside the property, it's accessed from shared access 15 meters from the house.
We have beach towels.

I give my guests independence at check in and check out, but I am available to receive text messages by Airbnb or phone calls if it is an emergency.
I have an Administrator, who can help if it is necessary.

Quiet neighborhood, very close to Go Mart and Oxxo Store, Home Depot, Outlets Mall and Soriana supermarket.

The house is located 12 miles from the International Airport of Cancun and approximate time of 30 minutes.

To go to the Hotel Zone (Beach Zone):
Three blocks away there is a bus stop to Hotel Zone (route 2). On Av. Rodrigo Gomez. "Av. Kabah"
Approximately 45 minutes to the beach by bus.
The distance from home to Playa Las Perlas is 3.5 miles by car approx. 15 minutes
To playa Delfines beach (viewpoint) 13.6 miles, time is random depending at what the time of the day you drive or if there’s a road work zone, it could take from 30 minutes to an hour.
